hello sir and thank you , in windows vps, i install tomcat and geo server and created a workspace and store and layer and i can easily load wms but, data doesnt display. how can i solve this?? ps. the sample data of geoserver even not display after loading successful of wms too.

error 1069 the service did not start due to a logon failure
Check how to solve windows services login failure errors. Likely this is a problem on your windows environment and not part of the geoserver install.

The solution was to remove an old website in IIS that was also called geoserver
