Just based on the video, it is likely only one layer is applied and likely the underside

Please make a comparison video between CASIO EFR-S108D-2BVUDF EDIFICE Analogue Tiffany Blue dial and Citizen BI5110-54M Tiffany Blue dial 🙏. Because they price almost same.

I think this Casio is a much better watch in terms of specification compared to the citizen. I have both watches.
