this Edward makes me feel so bad. he’s been through so much I can’t help but feel proud of him and happy to know that now he’s finally clean and sober.
Hes such a talented actor. I'm so glad hes gotten better. I had watched an interview last night where he talks about getting clean 🙏 but even during his struggles he put out some bada$s acting
Some people go through rough pots in their lives & don't really get past them. This guy was born into a bad situation. So, odd to say but his chosen career was a blessing and a curse. Hollywood likes to drive the innocence & sobriety out of people. Edward showed us he's one tough guy. ❤❤ He is 12 years clean & reconnecting with old friends.
Wow! He's so humble honest and sincere. He's not afraid to say what he feels. He literally strong enough to say that he's not getting any roles he would be really interested in. well I'm sure there's some times with his background a probably see his life and they sometimes don't choose actress because of their lifestyle. It was kind of that way from that guy from iron Man but then he cleaned up and look at him and he's amazing. Maybe now that he's cleaned up he's going to be more amazing. in this interview he says he hopes that he would inspire somebody with his films and that hopefully in his own words he said he would make a difference. Don't worry Edward we thought you are awesome and we still think you are. 💖🥰🦃 Don't worry Edward.
People in the comments are saying that the drugs took a role on his physical appearance here and I disagree. Even in Terminator he had the dark circles under his eyes. I think this comes from having odd sleeping patterns. Maybe some days he sleeps too much and other days struggles to sleep. Anyway, I just adore him.
That's a good point. I have the permanently around my eyes now. From years of erratic sleep patterns. But my skin is darker then his. And I have brown eyes. So it's quite as noticeable as his. I'm also in my 40s.
I am happy he cleaned up his act and sobered up and is slowly getting back. And T2 is awesome and his break out role. And it's truly my favorite movie ever. And I agree that bigger movies started to suck after the mid 90s! And these days they are a true shit show! And I love arthouse and indie movies and my love for the has become bigger because of the tentpole blockbuster crap. Eddy's smaller films are the ones he really came into his own as an actor and we saw a very versatile actor, From deep, dramatic painful roles, to awesome comedy. A Home of Our Own, Brainscan (a wickedly brilliant sci-fi horror), Little Odessa, Pecker oh man, so many great little small and indie movies he worked on.
Maybe he was sober and yall saying he looks fucked up hhahahahah he always been like this very down to earth i dont think he was on anything here people think when ur an addict ur always on something when in reality is that u dont.
@@yoadrianentertainment Beauty is in someone's heart and not someone's appearance. So many people look " beautiful " but are really rotten and shallow on the inside. Also, nothing wrong with gay. You do you. :)
Wow what you said about how hard it is in between jobs to see if you're going to have another job as an actor. . I can see why it's a lot of stress for actors.of course they make millions in between them they can take care of themselves but that must be hard if you don't have enough interest in your in caught in between like that.
Goodness there’s obviously chemicals at play here, nevertheless he seems to have kind of a sense of humour here, maybe it just wasn’t enough to redeem him sadly coz he had umpteen amount of chances.
Apparently for t3, they wanted him back but he od'd so thats why we have stahl instead. Stahl's a good actor, about 1-2yrs younger than furlong and also a child actor. Too bad
@ Penda Fen. I agree Nick Stahl is a good actor. He just didn't do it for me as Jon Connor though. But that movie was gonna suck regardless I think? I wasn't buying Stahl as a skinny bird chested bully. In the movie Bully either. Brad Renfro was a really good actor too. RIP.
he’s literally always talked like that, he sounds fine and his face is lovely, he looks great here you’re just trying to make something that just isn’t there, just because he had issues with drugs in his life doesn’t mean every footage of him is a result of drugs and he seems in such bad way.
He still looked great yet went out of his way to messed up his chance to return as John Connor in T3. But it's ok. The movie is not even good. If they brought in another director if even if it wasn't James Cameron, then this movie could've been a bit better.
Listen I don't remember the name of the film but his parents were Liam Neisen and Meryl Streep and he was fuQen awful. Drugs or no drugs he's a terrible actor

Around this time he was definitely struggling with drugs, he was slipping away. So glad he clean & sober....hope he stays that way.
It's great he's getting better. He went from heart throb to throbbing heart.
He was still pretty good looking back then.
I agree 💯
He will always be John Connor

Edward Furlong 9.5/10. Gotta leave room for improvement. ❤
Ah man, this made me sad. I hope he's around good people these days.
He's still handsome for me!
He’s hilarious, also recovering these days. You should see his recent interviews
He talks about jerking off and being sober in every new interviews now.
He's still using.
I agree with him, teen movies are not a realistic portrayal of everyday life.
I LOVE EDDIE FURLONG HE'S THE BEST OF THE BEST
Hell yeah hes the best of the best 😍😍💘
Me too
Are u female?
He was low energy struggling with this interview, 20 years on and he’s in a better head space and more relaxed
Hes such a talented actor. I'm so glad hes gotten better. I had watched an interview last night where he talks about getting clean 🙏
This is so awesome. He is so raw and real. Really happy he is in a good place nowadays.
5:50 he's inspiring me!!!! 🖤 and inside his movie characters, I do saw something more deep inside... I wish he knew

He seems kind of sad, I like how thoughtful and humble he seems to be with his answers, though.

I have the same problem ..and its got a lot to do with sleep patterns also ..eye shapes as well
Its the haunted troubled look in his eyes ,that got him the role....

Imo this is what happens when being an incredibly shy person is thrown into Hollywood.
He was 26 here but looked really worn doen cuz of the drugs
The scrotum eyes were already starting to develop.

Hi Eddie :)
Those are the same sort of droopy eyes at Stevie Nicks had when she was on cocaine. It's usually a relaxed manner, endearing and Faraway eyes.

Stahl was a trade-up. Nick is a really talented and hardworking actor, though he's had addiction struggles too.

why would he let go of himself like that? This is why he was passed on the role of John Connor after T2.
You know.
