The Discord Clips feature makes it possible to save the last two minutes of a Discord conversation. The downside of this is that someone could record your voice without your knowledge. Thankfully, if you're not comfortable with the feature, Discord makes it easy to turn off the ability for your voice to be recorded in Discord Clips.
Step 1. Open Discord on your preferred device. In this video I'll do this on the Discord iPhone app, but this process will be nearly the same no matter what platform you access Discord on.
Step 2. Tap "You" in the menu row. Your Discord profile screen is displayed.
Step 3. Tap the "Settings" icon. The Settings menu is shown.
Step 4. Navigate to the Account Settings section, and then tap "Clips" in this section. You'll land on a Clips screen.
Step 5. Tap to toggle off "Allow My Voice to be Recorded in Clips."
