Casino Manager of 20+ years here... I admire all of our patrons who think that pulling the lever, pushing the buttons fast, rubbing the screens, the endless tales of secrets to winning on slots. There is no secret. Its completely random, although on bonus games like WOF, Pinball, Top Dollar, King Cash the bonuses arf undetermined until a bonus is triggered. Have fun, keep chasing jackpots... Everyone hits eventually. Best of luck from Pennsylvania ❤️🙂
Lucky superstitions rarely work for sure! This is why we track the wins. The wins might be random, but the strategy is in what we do with them. Thanks for emphasizing what everyone should know...That slots are randomly generated. That's why our strategy is so important. We truly appreciate you taking the time to post such an insightful comment.
@@CherriesMatter After all these years, I am still a slots guy. I've never been one for the table games, or now the Bookmaker part of our establishment. I will say this, if there's anyone else like myself who loves the older machines (IGT S2000's, Bally's Sigma's, Konami Advantage, WMS Bluebird Series) are being retired every week. It's sad because these machines pay out the most because they're owned by us. The newbies all are leases, and with that come royalties... So if you can find some of the aforementioned machines, give them a whirl while you can. The manufacturers stopped making replacement parts, and there is no "aftermarket" supplier(s). The newer games are going to take years longer to surpass the popularity of their predecessors. Of course, like everything else, they're also not built to last as long as their predecessors. I'll be retiring at a good time. I have an affinity to the old guard games, and it's hard to watch some of these videos of patrons max betting at $2,500 and watching Lightning Link hit for hundreds of thousands (or more) ... The average patron doesn't realise that rarely happens, and patrons placing those kinds of wagers are the same percentage as hitting a jackpot. But I digress hehe... Keep on hitting, and sharing your thoughts. I always enjoy connecting with real patrons, as I am one myself :o)
Thank you so much for sharing your years of expertise!!! We love hearing firsthand insider knowledge. It is sad to see the old-school machines go to the wayside, as we love a good single line reel, they are what brought on our passion for slots after all. 😊
@CherriesMatter Absolutely... I can't tell you how many of the old guard machines we take off the floor and use parts from machines that aren't used as frequently to use to keep more popular old guard machines up and running... 81 this year alone. My favourite is still the high limit Wheel of Fortune, Pinball, and King Cash. The S2000's have burned out lights, some we've been able to convert to LED lamps, but the "guts" of the machine are a different story. Ugh, I know it's inevitable, but I'm not a fan of change haha. Off hand, what one liner got you started?
The 98% triple sevens quarter machine at Whiskey Pete's on the Nevada border in the early '90s. Those machines were put in the back of the casino with a big sign saying 98% return. That was our first taste of understanding RTP.
Love the comment! Think of it this way: If you put in $300 and on your very last spin, with one credit remaining, you win $558 (meaning you spent the entire $300). How much did you win? Most would agree the machine paid out $558. Wins and profit are two different things. $258 was profit, $300 was our break even, and $558 was the total amount the machine paid out in wins. Happy slotting!
I like your method better because it counts ALL OF THE WINNINGS which we lose track of when we are playing. This way I truly keep all of it and not just play to double it! Thanks!
Without question slots are random and this particular machine did well. While the wins may be random, the strategy is in what we do with them. Slot happy and keep those comments coming :)
@@johnbinton453 Random? Totally. It’s more about money management and strategy. If you observe and play enough, you can get a feel for which machines are “paying out” more than others. Well it's actually the players with the strategy. They add up their winnings and cash that out. Really not a "slot" strategy. If that makes sense. I get it too. I may try it. Just trying to explain to the first comment. Pretty cool idea.

Hello to you both. Just came across your channel, and have to say your strategies is very interesting. I did notice that Dawn mentioned 100 pulls per game. My question is, do you multiple the max bet by 100 and is that the cash amount you put into the machine? TIA and have a blessed day.

@CherriesMatter Understood. People are certainly more concerned with what's in their pocket when they cash out, though. Your method gives one a better idea of what the machine is paying out, during your session. But, the bottom line for most is ( example) I put $300 into (insert machine here), I cashed out with $428, therefore the session was profitable to the tune of $128. What the machine ACTUALLY paid out during the session was likely much more than that. But all that matters is what you can hold in your hand when you leave. Best of luck !!

Correct. our initial entertainment fund was $300 which we played it down to zero. The machine paid back, with all of it's winnings, $558. Out of the $558, $300 was our entertainment fund paid back and $258 was our profit. Thanks for the comment!
Hi Cherries - First time here... Question: if you are playing $3 per spin, and start with $300... why not just keep track of 100 spins instead of adding up all the wins on a calculator? Thanks for the video
You're the first person to comment who really gets it! Kudos! We've told many people in the casinos and point blank they get it, but online hasn't been so easy. Yes, you're 100% right 🤗 You could absolutely just track 100 spins. We just find it easier and more fun to track wins... especially when drinking🤣
Has anyone every tried doing 100 spins (1% bankroll) per machine to extend the time in the casino like she's talking about? IE: $500 at $5/spin then walk away with say $550+ OR 100 spins in?
WOW!!!!! Thats an awesome strategy. Good job. Your on a hot machine. Sometimes those Pinball machine go into dead spin cycles. I would have up bet to the $5 or $10 denom since you got so many Pinballs lol lol What do you think??? :) Thanks for sharing. Your awesome!!!!!
If I started with $300 I would most likely cash out at $200. In the day, I would sit there and just play..since my trips to Borgata are usually 2 or 3 nights at a clip. Confused! The 90 profit above your starting dollars, get played through machine, then you have spent the profit? If you donot cash out and put the 90 aside, then you really do not have a profit IMO
With our strategy, there's no loss of winnings as every win is calculated to the penny. However, we do play through our initial entertainment fund of $300 until it reaches zero. What was left, in credits, was the machines payout our total return (or RTP). Which in this case, was $558. giving us a profit of $258 and a total return of $558. Hope that helped. Thanks for the comment!
We only spend our "entertainment fund" that we brought with us. Once that's gone, we never put anymore in. So, the original $300 that we won back plus our profit is kept as cashout vouchers until we're ready to leave, then we redeem them. Thanks so much for the comments 😊
They're slot mechanics that tell you how to beat the RNG slot machines... but it's not possible... but they are basically stupid... because they have never heard of server-based machines... because they require no slot technician because they are dummy machines... those are the only machines I'm able to win off of.

Thanks for the comment!
@@CherriesMatterdo you usually keep the original $300 too or go try another machine just keeping the winnings? ❤😊
We only spend our "entertainment fund" that we brought with us. Once that's gone, we never put anymore in. So, the original $300 that we won back plus our profit is kept as cashout vouchers until we're ready to leave, then we redeem them. Thanks so much for the comments 😊
It already a double up 300 hundreds to 600
👍 thanks for the comment
They're slot mechanics that tell you how to beat the RNG slot machines... but it's not possible... but they are basically stupid... because they have never heard of server-based machines... because they require no slot technician because they are dummy machines... those are the only machines I'm able to win off of.
Sounds like you know your stuff👍
I hate seeing people win I never win on slots
@@PatriciaRoman-sr5ho oh nooooooo, that's not good. Have you tried calculating your wins to see if you're leaving $ in the machines?
Never say never. No gambler should have that mindset😮😮
