I guess Mew isn't considered a Kanto Region Pokemon? ;) - Timelapse Pokemon "Kanto Region" Puzzle

I have checked this puzzle multiple times, and Mew is nowhere on it, so can it really be considered a Kanto Region puzzle with 150/151 Pokemon? Maybe Mew is under a truck somewhere else... ;D
I even crossed off each Pokemon using a checklist and the paint program and still no Mew :(
