Ben for your sore neck, I had one went to the chiropractor he fixed it no cracking in 1 sessions. But what really did the trick I was falling asleep with my neck craned in one position all night. Watch how you sleep it has a big impact on us. As soon as I corrected my sleeping position my neck improved.
