The Canada Geese are called cobra chickens here in Canada! Because when they open up they’re wings they strike with the beak like a cobra attack……lol They’re a royal pain in the ass! Love your channel! Keep up the good work!👍🇨🇦

Hi Daniel, one of the options how to run if you feel tired after the busy day is to run very slow in Zone 2 (with keeping heart rate below 130 bpm). The weird thing is after regular run the body loses energy, whereas after those slow runs you may feel more energized. It works for me, maybe it will work for you too :)

I think that makes total sense to film on phone, the whole process can be so heavy otherwise and for vlogging it's debatable if really needed. So glad your brother can help with it too. Great decisions!
For vlogging as a single person definitely, we even have done the same for Phily when I’m not there, just an iPhone with some Bluetooth mics does the trick! But will still crack out the camera when I’m around to film 😁

The goose…them and swans are psychos and I’d rather turn round than run past them. That being said, I got chased by a badger a few weeks ago…that was a scary moment 😂🤦♀️

The geese are harmless lol! When we are walking by a flock I just make myself look bigger and just say ‘noooooo, you back down’ and they leave you alone. This coming from a Canadian with years of experience! Be the boss! 😅
I too struggled to get back into running after my half marathon. I want to have a break from running, but keep my momentum, not sure how to structure post-race week better (because I seem to cope better with structure). Maybe keep the amount of training and instead of running do meditation/yoga/cycling/walking? I'm back to a routing schedule now, but wondering about the next race...
Filming on a phone is a game-changer! It's so easy to pull out and honestly, the iphone is such a good quality I'm not even using my camera anymore. 😅Can recommend 100%!
My dog and I had a very similar experience on a trail today with a cat. It stood right in the middle of the path with its back arched and was doing its best Gandalf impression. I tried to scare it off but to no avail. There was no way to pass it, so we turned around and took a different trail around. Afterward I felt very silly letting a cat feel like it chased off a 45 pound dog and full grown human. 🤦🏼♀️

Watching Phily cut your hair reminds me of the story my husband tells of his mom cutting his hair and accidentally cutting a big hunk of hair out of the back of his head- and then reattached it to his head with double sided tape and sending him off to school like that😂!

From a curiosity point of view, is it not annoying that now with 2 UA-cam channels, that now you have to think about videoing your entire life just incase it makes good content? that in itself not abit exhausting? Or do you manage to "off" time away from all that?
Geese are the worst! When you get chased by a goose on a run you have 2 options, either run away and then you’re the guy running away from a goose or fight and probably win against the goose but then you’re the crazy guy beating up a goose!

it may just be me but when you were talking into the camera at home the picture was a bit jumpy every 5 seconds or so. i still enjoyed it though.
