I love your read with me videos. They are so cozy and it makes reading so relaxing. I’m currently reading the night circus and to kill a kingdom. Loving both of them.
okay i LOVE these real time videos without the music so, so much. like i like reading sprints but i miss out on them a lot and i love all of these ambient sounds, the vibes, feeling like i'm in the room reading with you, and it's just really indescribable how great these videos are. thanks mel! also i was reading 'a magic steeped in poison'. it was kinda putting me in a slump but this video literally pulled me out of it 💖
Thanks a lot for the read-with-me. I love instrumental as well as ambient (with no music) read-with-me videos. I tend to prefer ambient for some reason. Thanks again, Mel. Oh! I loved the fact that you annotate with emotional reactions to what you read. I was inspired to do that with the book that I am reading today ("For the Wolf" by Hannah Whitten). When I read historical romances, I usually just write "Giggle" or "Steamy!" at appropriate parts. With fantasy fiction, I write things like "Yay for using magic!" Happy Reading, Mel! I am looking forward to more of your videos. 🙂
I think I really like your videos, especially this one because it was only 35 minutes long. I want to get back into the habit of reading, but I want to start slowly by doing 30-ish minutes a day at first, then build up. I will maybe try your 1 hour videos later in the week! 😊
