I have not known about not fasting on the sabbath either, what scripture says we shouldn’t? I don’t know of one that says we should, I’ve just been doing it.

It’s best to follow the directions of your physician if you have health issues and then proceed with fasting but eating something very small when you need to take medication. It’s also not wise if you’re currently pregnant. Lastly, pray for Yah’s guidance and healing hand, as He is the ultimate healer!!
