It comes down to the knowledge, skills and experience of the male/female doctor and the "trust" that you're explaining.
I'm an introvert too. I used to play cards, ludo, dominoes, jacks and more by myself and roleplay with the furniture and personal care items treating them as students 😂. I played with my siblings but I was also ok playing games on my own.😅
