Allure is our favorite ship in the RC fleet. She's the perfect size and never feels crowded, plus she has the best entertainment at sea - specifically MAMMA MIA!
That’s awesome. She’s a beautiful ship. I would have to say Icon is our favorite ship in the fleet so much to do and the entertainment on there is incredible. The Wizard of Oz show is the best show we’ve ever seen at sea. Thank you for watching.
Because of you guys, I'm going on my first royal cruise on December 8th aboard the Symphony. I love the videos! I just finished the Ovation Alaska series-great content! Safe travels
Awww thank you so much for telling us that! Wow Symphony of the Seas for your first cruise you are going to have an awesome time. She is an absolutely beautiful ship. Thank you for watching 😊
Heck, yeah and for the better. You no longer have to go outside with the rest of the cruisers and watch a live demonstration. Now you do it on the app on your phone and just go to your station and check in. It’s absolutely beautiful!
I just, I don't know, I think there's something truly, and I'm trying to find the right word for it, like spoiled, about the cruising public. When a ship is no longer new and shows signs it was "lived in" people act like it isn't normal. And maybe that is the cruise industry's fault with the constant introduction of new ships. So people think that any wear shown is bad or any ship that isn't the latest isn't as desirable. Now we don't all feel this way but a ship is not disposable. They are supposed to sail at least 30 years and cost a ton of money to build and operate. And do we always need the latest and biggest? I don't know. This is a very modern ship. Yes it is 14 year old but it's not really old for a ship. Yet so much of the cruising public seems to think that's old.
Hi benjamin, we agree with you. I (Alan) was used to being on the newer Oasis class ships like Utopia and Wonder so when I got on Allure, I was a little shocked, but like you said for an older ship, she’s still a beautiful ship. Thank you for watching 😃
@@kimkirksey562 If youre going to say the ship is "rundown and trashy" maybe you shouldn't contribute to the rundown look by wearing T-shirts and flip flops, in the main dining room. At least dress semi-business casual. I think most ships kindly tell you to wear a collared shirt and what attire is not allowed.

26:15 I am looking forward to see what your Christmas tree will look like with the ship Christmas ornaments, if you will share off course!
Interestingly, enough, we’ve had several request to show our Christmas tree. We might have to do that this year.
I haven’t gotten a chance to cruise since just before covid hit. They changed the muster drill????? 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🤞🏽

Curious about your attire. Don't they have a dress code in the dining room? At least a collar shirt not cartoon Tees.
You can wear whatever you want...most people dress up a lil ...but no one is going to stop you from eating

@@rebeccaboyle8737 it's still not mandatory...
No, they do not have a dress code in the main dining room. This is our 56th cruise and we have never dressed up.
We go on a cruise to go on vacation and relax as well as work. We have no desire to dress up. Everyone likes choices 😃
