How if I want to pleat for others. How to take the middle pleat for someone else. Based on what measurement can I take the middle pleats?
Let them ask to measure with measuring tape.its depends on their hip size. As like the staring point to be straight to their belly button and ending point (i mean 1 full circle)+one finger to end of the palm.
