Hi,thank you for your content ,it is very helpful so far but im facing a problem rn with the light. After adding the light to my image, a square keeps showing behind it.Any solution?
This doesn’t work, I work with photoshop quite often and followed step for step. Cannot create the clouds within the circle as shown. It just goes full size on the canvas.
Can't create the clouds within the circle as shown. Photoshop says:"Could not complete the Clouds command because the selected area is empty." Any help? I am using latest version of Photoshop.
tried to do this in photoshop 24.1.1 and cannot do some of the functions. Photoshop also add another layer. is there a more up to date version of this tutorial as it was very easy understand and follow. i am assuming Photoshop have made changes and therefore some elements are moved or unavailable :/
So, I'm a newbie when it comes to PS, and I have a question. I've made it all the way to the end, but I'm not given the option to "define brush preset". It only allows me to "define pattern". What would I be doing wrong? Thank you in advance for your help!
@@hsifnfixiwndjc8wmenfickanxicje thx. I changed the image size from 300 dpi to 100 and it went down to 2000 sq. Suddenly the define brush preset was no longer grayed out.
Hi, if you apply the final brush over an image - try over black background - you can see the square border. Do you know how to gradient to transparent the brush edges? Thx
when i set feather to 200 it says "Warning: no pixels are more than 50% selected. The selection edge will not be visible" And than when i apply the cloud filter it does not work My Phototshop is 2019cc please reply
Great video! At approximately 2.40 minutes in, you show Define Brush Preset in the dropdown. However, this option is greyed out. Any suggestions? Thanks!
the brush works but it adds a border around the brush from the image I created it on. how do I avoid the square border around the brush? I did the exact same steps

Same here. I can't create the clouds too
You're not applying the effect to selection then.
I have exactly the same issue. I thought it might be due to updates :/
Thank you…this really helped
Your welcome ❤️

Just create same thing on a transparent canvas. I did it that way and it works awesome :)

Try updating your photoshop to 2020 or 2021 from Adobe creative, I use these versions for all my videos. You won't have any problems then ❤️
Very helpful

Finally, a tutorial that actually teach you how to create a ray, instead of just telling you to use other people's asset for the effect
Thank you!
