Was at my local gun store today and saw one of these bad boys. Used it once and and saw the price and fell in love. Bought it without looking into it. First review I watched and I’m impressed.
I had the same issue and there customer service was amazing they do customer service the way it should be I will definitely be buying more of there products
Ehh… veteran owned yes. Knives made overseas with overseas parts. $150+ for D2 Microtech ripoff… no thanks. Also you get get into a Microtech OTF for sub $300. Not the best review imho
Oh. So I'm getting a Microtech for cheap? Cool. Nah on the real tho. I have a microtech and it's not good compare to others. Kershaw Livewire is better, but my favorite OTF is actually a Cobratec FS-3. The Cobratec is $120 and has no blade play. And I do mean no blade play at all, no rattle no side to side blade play no up and down blade play, it's crazy how much better it is than a Microtech.
They made worst microtech knife with the same mistakes. Aka proprietary screws. Facepalm. I was gonna buy it but not even bother buying another knife with proprietary screws.

Congrats on starting your collection. I agree that this is prob your best bang for the buck knife out there. Thank you for watching.
Nice review!! I will definitely look into one...Thanks!
Thank you. You wont be disappointed with the Krate.
Pretty sure these are re branded off shore produced knives, just like the "American Made" Raven Crest knives.
Straight up microtech copy including their proprietary hardware go figure 😂

We completely agree. Wish all companies would do customer service like Krate.
Did something break? Saw something black bouncing around on the wood?
I knocked out a little plug that simply pushed back in. Not sure its function, maybe to stop debris from entering the action.
I have the same knife I’m curious as to what’s the brand/style pistol holster your wearing it looks very slim and easily hidden i need one..
I can get a microtech clone in D2 for 40 bucks sooo. Ya.
I live down the road from the guys, thinking about getting one myself
Come on in and we will get you all dialed up!
Buddy just picked up one from you guys cpl hours ago.

@@atomatlas5595 Cobratec knives are solid
Cheap Chinese made, they even cloned the MT tri screws people hate 😅
I fail to see what makes these special
It's clearly the car salesman trying to sell them 😅
The price vs the quality you get is what makes these special but only if you’re looking for an OTF knife. There ends the lesson 😊
