I got a little confused. My ketu degree is 11deg47’23” and Mars conjunction degree is 21deg11’35”. Is it still KSY? Rahu & Ketu are in 5-11 axis and all the other planets are in 1,2,11 and 12 houses.

Not a proper kala sarpa yoga as the planet in the 12th breaks the kala sarpa. If it is just one planet in the 12th then there may be some sort of sub-category of a less than full kala sarpa happening, still researching this myself...
