The day this man leaves the club will be a sad day, what an outstanding Manager! The balls on the board to appoint a coach with no first team management experience, thankyou ipswich❤
I also watched my first game 57 years ago, on 25 March 1967 v Portsmouth. I too was 9 years old and stood on a wooden stool in Churchmans. I had tears in my eyes after the winner this evening . The scenes at the end of the match were reminiscent of those when we beat Bolton in the play off semi final in 2000.
I cannot express in words how much love I have for football and my team after watching this match. Isn't it good to remember why you love something and the excitement and passion wells up into emotion. I love what is happening at my club. Thank you Kieran and everyone at PR.
Love the way this special, special man talks about moments and making memories. These times will live with us forever. What a game! Not seen a frenzied atmosphere like this since Jim's hat-trick in the Bolton play off game!!
I was let out of hospital to watch this game and again the sense of emotion at the end was crazy for long term supporters it means so much to everyone and ive always backed this man from the start
As an Ipswich supporter who was at Ipswich 7 Southampton 0, fifty years ago, and after so many amazing games at Portman Road this season, that was astounding. Southampton had a spell in the first half where we were chasing shadows, and could have gone 3-1, yet this group of players, with this manager, never give up, and that was a finish, fit to win any game. The loudest noise at Portman Road in living memory I would suggest
Home alone listening to the game on Suffolk radio while following BBC sport on my phone which gives somewhat delayed text reports but numbers how many are viewing, as the final whistle went more than 100,000 were following... How far have we come....just WOW . Johnnie Llewellyn.
Baggies fan really hope you do it guys, admire energy never say die team keep going to the end. Don't think your win at norwich but hope you can and finish top 2
What a manager - already a legend to us Town supporters regardless whether we go up or not. Just hope we can keep him and one day... erect a statue of him!

1st game 62 years ago. I was 13. Against United in the old 1st division. We stuffed them 4-0 and went on to win the title. Happy days.@@stevesmith2657

Southampton had 65% possession and nearly twice as many shots - and we still found the way to win! What a great squad and an outstanding manager.

Our Club. What a journey
Well done Ipswich 👏
A charmed season sometimes. Will we see Southampton serve it up to Leicester and Leeds, they’re more than capable.
Super tractor boys up the town !
2 unnecessary goals and need until the last dying seconds.. we don't make it easy on our selves
Is Kieffer crooked????
Asking the real questions. We need Hirst or Moore on the pitch to play our preferred way.
