A lot of people with anxiety disorders aren’t phased by what you think would cause panic or anxiety, I would often have attacks in what would be considered serene and tranquil settings.
I don’t know why, I have never had this before, but the thought of being caught in a small space or being trapped somewhere not being able to move and nobody to hear you call out, no phone, just the thought gives me bad anxiety. Especially being caught and not able to breathe properly. I instantly have to make my mind change subject or it would probably drive me to a panic attack.

Julian Lennon's last album "JUDE" was without a doubt his best recording to date. Incredible record. I have been a life long fan of his work. When I finished listening to the album, a sadness came over me. Because I knew I had just experienced something really special, and I knew most people will never hear what I just heard. Was'nt a good father to him , pretty much abandoned him after he divorced his mother , Julian said so in interviews , he has only recently forgiven his father for the abandonment , His father was a great song writer but as a dad he was a deadbeat , takes more than fame and money to be a good dad , tragic they were denied any real reconcilation because of a mad man .

Love hearing Julian talk about photography. You can tell he really loves it and it’s his passion. How refreshing for him to talk about just himself for the best part of 3 hours and not about John. Great listen.
Thought this was gonna be a boring episode but I was very wrong, this was one of the better episodes I watched and I could have listened another 3 hours.😄
Many cultures in the past that were introduced to photography often felt it captured their soul and they did not like it. They were often disparaged as being primitive or superstitious. Now as we look at social media, we see how much our souls are the price of admission to this, "Brave New World."
Why I always thought john Lennon was a selfish, narcissistic prick. Left this guy when he was a child, abandoned him n his mom n then didn't leave him a dam dime in his will. I believe Julian had to pursue it in court. But yea, Julian seems like a genuine, easygoing, nice guy.
John’s mother neglected him & he needed a mother figure, I think, so left Cynthia for Yoko. Unfortunately he neglected Julian. I’m glad he turned out so well after everything he went through.
You just missed the whole situation. John and Synthia both were basically children. They were not ready to become parents. And John just started to gain success, it was simple and very predictable distraction from the family life.
That’s funny when you mentioned eating in Europe and not feeling like crap. My friend who has stomach issues had no problem eating foods in Europe, that would give her belly aches here in the US. Interesting.
Its crazy when you see the list of artificial , syntetic , food additives approved in the US and banned as lethal here in EU countries , Europe got that right at least .
I'm photographer based in Portugal. Most of my clients are tourists in holidays and Americans mostly. They all talk about how the food is incredible here. Some even call it "real food". I was like ... Wow We still have people with health issues, it's easy to eat a lot of bread or other gluten based products here. Our food is rich and fat somehow. But it's also easy to get access to great food. It's just a question of choices 😊
If you live in North America, tru and only eat organic everything. What Rogan says is true. Especially with wheats and meats (beef, chicken, pork etc). Noticed the same thing while travelling. Big part is the amount of additives and processed foods available here. Once back, did a lot of research and now cut out the processed foods and only purchase organic real foods. Never have that sickly bloated, sluggishness energy feeling after eating anymore. Sucks all our food isn't organic in the first place, as it is in most countries. Where they won't even allow many of the additives and methods allowed on American and Canadian soil
I’ve heard Rogan often talk of how the food in Italy doesn’t make you sick or bloated? Italian children are the most obese in Europe? (Pull it up) Maybe if you’re eating in the kind of places he’s eating it’s ok, but it’s not all good folks!
1000% when my family travels to Italy we feel so much better. You don't feel like shit after you eat, even if you've eaten a lot. It's so obvious and makes such an impression I always ask other people of they agree.
Really enjoyed listening to Julian. He's so kind, gentle and humble. Loved the story about the white feather. He uses a lot of "old school" lingo... similar to sayings my great grandparents used:) I agree with everything he said about nature. His new place with all the large old trees sounds so cool. Ordering his book now!
Every time they talk about the study of viruses in labs, It reminds me of Ian Malcom in Jurassic Park. "Your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should."

John Lennon was a garbage human being.......you call a guy who abandons his family a cool guy.
@br1472an yes John grew up a little too late.
And had the worst father, john lennon was a hypocrite .
While i like John Lennon's music, he's my favorite Beatles by far, he was a pretty horrible person in real life
Awesome, I've been a fan of Julian's for years! How awesome would it have been to have both Julian and Sean there though lol
Just sitting around watching zombie movie trailers with Julian Lennon.
didn't expect it
Photograph Smile is still in my playlists. A perfect record for me.
Me also...
Joe is a real master at letting interviews organically develop. I love that he lets his guests lead the way and allows them to speak.
I walk/run/sprint barefoot in a nearby 25 acre park which also has a soccer field, connecting to nature and the earth is 100% good for heart, body and soul. another great episode, oodles of festive love to all 💗
Would love to have dinner with Julian. Big fan for years.
Ready for the drone talk
People call them drones but they are just radio controlled quad-copters. A drone is something that acts autonomously.
@@TheOriginalArchielolol these are fixed wing military drones.
@@TheOriginalArchieThat's completely untrue, "autonomously"? We're not talking about Drones with AI which is a different thing.
@@ChrisWebster-1812 searching for rotten tiktok'er brains, yes, yes they are indeed just drones from humankind. haha
@@PlastiForge Still not a drone, that's a UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle). If it has offense weapons it's a UCAV (unmanned combat aerial vehicle). None of them are drones.
Love this!! Julian is a true gent and an incredibly underrated singer/songwriter in his own right!! Legend!!
Love hearing Julian talk about photography. You can tell he really loves it and it’s his passion. How refreshing for him to talk about just himself for the best part of 3 hours and not about John. Great listen.
Didn't know much about this guy but really enjoyed hearing them talk
Wow...this makes my heart happy! Julian seems to have such a kind heart and he's an amazing visual artist! ❤❤
Thought this was gonna be a boring episode but I was very wrong, this was one of the better episodes I watched and I could have listened another 3 hours.😄
I bought the John Lennon Anthology for my son this Christmas. My son was born on October 9th !
Julian is a super interesting down to earth individual.
its really quite incredible how he has helped people.
WOW ELTON MUSK LOOKS LIKE HE DOESN'T AGE AT ALL, RESPECT!
If you’re reading this, Merry christmas!
Merry Christmas to you ❤
Merry Christmas to you Jack 😊
I love Julian .
Seems such a lovely guy .
Beautiful, talented man. Wonderful conversation
Many cultures in the past that were introduced to photography often felt it captured their soul and they did not like it. They were often disparaged as being primitive or superstitious. Now as we look at social media, we see how much our souls are the price of admission to this, "Brave New World."
Joe! This is great having Julian on your show. I totally enjoyed this.
Would really love to see you get Paul on here before he goes. Seems as though he’s been doing a bit of “farewell” work over the last few years.
Yep, he was a genuinely terrible human being. He also beat Julian and his mom. That's who John Lennon was.
Check the original source
John’s mother neglected him & he needed a mother figure, I think, so left Cynthia for Yoko. Unfortunately he neglected Julian. I’m glad he turned out so well after everything he went through.
You just missed the whole situation. John and Synthia both were basically children. They were not ready to become parents. And John just started to gain success, it was simple and very predictable distraction from the family life.
This podcast never ceases to amaze with how dynamic the guests are

That’s funny when you mentioned eating in Europe and not feeling like crap. My friend who has stomach issues had no problem eating foods in Europe, that would give her belly aches here in the US. Interesting.
Its crazy when you see the list of artificial , syntetic , food additives approved in the US and banned as lethal here in EU countries , Europe got that right at least .
I'm photographer based in Portugal. Most of my clients are tourists in holidays and Americans mostly. They all talk about how the food is incredible here. Some even call it "real food". I was like ... Wow
We still have people with health issues, it's easy to eat a lot of bread or other gluten based products here.
(Pull it up)
Maybe if you’re eating in the kind of places he’s eating it’s ok, but it’s not all good folks!
1000% when my family travels to Italy we feel so much better. You don't feel like shit after you eat, even if you've eaten a lot. It's so obvious and makes such an impression I always ask other people of they agree.
Imagine riding your bike to some cool spot and Julian Lennon is there
One of my favorite songs ever is Too Late For Goodbyes
Really enjoyed listening to Julian.
He's so kind, gentle and humble.
Loved the story about the white feather.
He uses a lot of "old school" lingo... similar to sayings my great grandparents used:)
I agree with everything he said about nature. His new place with all the large old trees sounds so cool.
Ordering his book now!
Every time they talk about the study of viruses in labs, It reminds me of Ian Malcom in Jurassic Park. "Your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should."
GOD BLESS YOU & JOHN LENNON … HOLY FUUUCK YOU HAVE A LENNON ON THE PODCAST!!
Lennon sucked
@ nahh JOHN LENNON THE GOAT
Listen to the whole thing I was like meh ? Another out of touch elitist. Tell me I'm wrong
@@alcaholic9559 hes the son of one of the greatest artist & musicians alive (*correction* to had been alive) who does photography & barely had a music career 40 yrs ago … & he barely likes his dad for smacking his mom around when he was around.
Julian looks the most like John but Sean is way more like John.
@@alcaholic9559Joe tried to poke him at the beginning & couldn't. He was used by the industry. He mentioned the 2 sides of Hollywood & house parties til dawn, which were dangerous on another level. He was glad he got out of it. Out of touch with the working class, maybe but elitist no.
well this brightened my day up...
Billy Idol, Tommy Lee, Billy Joel, Bono…. More 80s music legends
X and Qarden Token are going to be merged. Easiest money in my life
Julian's voice is probably the most pleasant voice to listen to of all the guests you ever had (I listen JRE podcast when outside all the time) Thank you!
It must be incredibly difficult, yet Jules carries himself with dignity. Top guy
Awesome to see Julian but I hope he will be okay 💜🙏
big fan of JULIAN
NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS. THANK YOU JOEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
My brother who was a Paranoid Schizophrenic smoked 2-3 packs a day up till the last 3 months of his life. There have been study's that show smoking helps the mental state of people like my brother.
I'm so glad he's stayed alive to see this fruitful time of his life now.
THANK YOU FOR GETTING A LENNON ON
Now bring Sean on, I really like him too
Happy Monday Joe! Looking forward to your podcast!
Thank you for introducing us to Julian’s photography! So talented. ❤️

That story about the mole is a wakeup call for me..
I have a few moles that may be misbehaving..
I am going to get that looked into tomorrow.
I have one on my head that's gotten bigger and darker over the past few years. I'm a little concerned to be honest, it's about the size of a dime, maybe a hair bigger. I want to eventually get it removed just for aesthetics but I probably should get it tested or something
@@LivingBGLegendthey say if hair is still growing out of it means it’s healthy
@@LivingBGLegend Lets get them checked just in case.
No point waiting..
@ oh whew! That's good to know!
Ask for a biopsy. Most dermatologists enjoy cutting you up anyway. I’ve had basil cell spots removed along with the a few squamous cells removed. I had bone cancer followed with leukemia from chemo, so the drs are over cautious.
Trump is expected to mention Qarden Token this week and the ICO is already almost sold out
