    Thank you so much for including your thoughts about mindfulness and how we talk to ourselves. That was really important to hear!

      Absolutely. When I finally accepted how much what u say to yourself matters, it changed everything for me. 😁

    Congrats on the raise, and completing your first goal! 🎉 And yes, words definitely matter. From one adhd’er to another, girl take those meds. 😂 I discovered I make more impulse purchases when I’m unmedicated. 😂

    I'm not doing a no-spend month because I know myself too well. I try to send $250 every week to my fiance's debt and I would lose my mind if I couldn't spend anything on myself while doing that.
    Good luck!! 💜Beau

    It’s hard for me to do a no spend in January because my mom, sisters (2), nephews (2) and hubby birthday run me close to dry 😩 it’s like Christmas 2.0 but I’ll be trying no spend in February 🤞🏽.

      Ahh yeah that would be difficult but I think it doesn't matter when you start. It'll still be beneficial ❤️

    If you use Amazon a lot, why not pay it annually and save another $70 per year? Another perk are the free books per year thru kindle? Just wandering?

    • @SeriouslySaving
      @SeriouslySaving  18 днів тому +3

      Prime for me is on 8 per month because I was offered a promo. My account doesn't have the option for an annual subscription. Probably because of the promo pricing. Where the average person pays $139 per year I pay $96. My monthly subscription is roughly half of what the average person would pay monthly. I just bought my daughter a Kindle but I personally am old school and I like paper books. Sometimes I just want to get away from screens and a paper book allows me to disconnect 🤗
