Unless there’s a crackdown on crime in the area, it’s headed for the same fate..

      I agree.
It's a liability to open shop in that area.

Pricey because someone has to pay for the theft in the store.

Maybe the law has to be more strict on all the thieves and not allowing them to to this because on all honesty why would you want to open a business for you to lose money because of the thieves who have more rights this is a sad reality these people are just hurting the law abiding citizens and it seems like the government doesn't care because all of us who go to work and pay taxes get taxed more for working I'm doing what's right but all these criminals have no consequences but we the people who are working get penalized when we are struggling to this is a sad world

Its not the law, the law is set its these judges and other loopholes in our justice system that are the problem. I think judges who release these repeat offenders should be liable in some way.

Maybe its a warehouse. There is a huge demand for warehouses in ABQ space and instead of food they choose a warehouse.

Don't even have to say it's in Albuquerque, because of course even Walmart can't see a reason to keep a business open here.

Lets do it the democratic way. Build Low income housing and than charge high rent. Or put up really expensive boutique shops 😂
It would be a perfect site for Albertson's. Natural grocers whole foods
