The beehives are probably random. The Japanese UA-camr found one near the entrance to the warehouse.
Yes they are random, but they can even be in all buildings - that's sick

You can use the spray paint in the shed to kill the beehive

It doesn't kill them in my experience, but it does calm them. When they're calm you can knock down the hive and yeet it into the lake without getting stung.
