Reminds me of a place where my late husband used to go on vacation on the gulf of Mexico. All the condos faced the beach. One could sit on the balcony and just watch the sea and hear this beautiful sound 24/7. I'd take a book out on the balcony thinking I would read, but I couldn't read. The ocean was so mesmerizing that I'd just nod off to the sound. With this video, I get to go back and enjoy the sound all over again.

I wish this was in Oregon, which has the greatest, most beautiful coast I have ever seen, and I have seen many. My guess is this is somewhere in South America near Cape horn, maybe Chile or Argentina?

Who else experiences that dam annoying thing when you literally blink once when drifting off and it’s suddenly morning already with having hours been passed? I’ve read that people experience this a few times over a year but it happens to me at least twice maybe three times a week. It’s incredibly frustrating! 🥴

Melatonin is a natural non addictive mild sleep inducer. Relaxes you and you will rest well. You will not experience any drowsy after effect either. Find it in the vitamin section of any store that has a vitamin section.
