Great remake ; even though he stole it from Junior Walkers "Hot Cha" and changed it from F to Ab . All in all he honored the steal . Beautiful groove .

Bernard Purdie is a drummer. The bass sounds like Hammond pedals, so it's probably Bill Mason.
