Its the kids that only watch highlights or look at stats. All the haters about Kobe only say he's a ball hog, shoots too much, not clutch, or carried by Shaq.
At the beginning around 2000 Shaq was a better player and better option, but according to Kobe when he went on that 9 games straight of 40 points or more because Shaq got injured at some point. Phil Jackson told Kobe to take over the offense. When Shaq came back from injury, Kobe was still putting up these numbers. Phil then called Kobe and told him to tone it down because Shaq was losing that "fire" they needed in June. Kobe then lost his streak of 40 points.

@@kefkapalazzo1 Harden is definitely an all time great and what he's doing right now is absurd. At the same time, you have to look at the era's their prime took place in. The league was very different not even a full decade ago. Turn on any game nowadays and you'll see a three point shot pretty much every other shot attempt. What this has done is open up the floor and made it much easier to drive as well as making it easier to get assists and rebounds for perimeter players. Long shots create long rebounds which is what has made all the triple doubles we're seeing possible (LeBron was known for getting triple doubles early in his career, but if you look at his totals, he didn't have a single season with double digit triple doubles until 2016-17, where he had 13, then followed it up the next year with 18. @@talhakarsloglu4278 you don't understand nothing about what you are talking about. He was not selfish, he was just playing in a shit team for years and he was actually loyal. What you are saying is basically saying that LeBron was selfish in his first years in the league because his team was shit. Kobe's best seasons were very efficient and had lower usage rate than most of other players great seasons. The guy carried the lakers from 2004 to 2007 ALONE and when he finally had help they won 2 tittles and got to the finals 3 times in a row. The guy played injured a lot of the times because he was a dog. He is the best laker of all time, in the words of who people think was the best (magic). For many people, Kobe was basically the man who killed everyone, whether it be during regular season or post season. THE thing is tho, his legacy is pretty shaky, especially when most haters bring no context, and his best attributes are mostly shown on recording (ex: incredible defense that didn't get high steals or blocks, but just plain stopped people)
wow this is a thing now?‼️😂‼️ first round? he won a championship with out him, MVP candidate he was top 3 in back to back seasons... twice😂😂😂 chill outttttttt
How many players force the league to change rules because of there play. And the fouls he gets are the defenders faults hes a genius when it comes to creating favorable contact.
So disrespectful to compare Harden to Wade. Wade is a better leader, better defender, shot blocker, more athletic, better dunker, better driving to the basket, quicker and faster, better playoff performer, better ball handler, better I.Q. Only advantage Harden has over Wade is better three-point shooter, free throw shooter, better rebounder, better passer, and durability.
Rebounder is debatable honestly. Harden has his team clear out for his rebounds, Wade wasn't gonna get shaq, Zo, or Lebron to clear out so he could get a few more per game. The difference in defence is so pronounced between these two though, it can't be overstated.
@@mikesannitti6042 You also have to mention pace of play and number of possessions when you mention stats today. Scrub guards get more rebounds than ever due to physicality being stripped from the game, the amount of 3 point misses resulting in really long rebounds for guards and the pace.
Harden has a significantly higher IQ than Wade. He might be the smartest basketball player ever. He's less athletic yet he seems to have a much easier time drawing fouls and getting to the hoop... Hmm, I wonder where the difference is there??
“there are 6 players better than Kobe right now and we have to accept that” I will never understand the disrespect of Kobe. It’s a shame too because people just like too push his career aside even though he’s an all time great. In my opinion the 3rd greatest player ever
Look it up if you want, when it matters the most the playoffs is what separates a star from a superstar. Compared to Harden in the Playoffs D Wade has a higher field goal percentage, averages more minutes, more points, more blocks, and he SHOOTS BETTER FROM 3!!!!
I love harden I’m a diehard rockets fan but I know that wade and Kobe are better. Harden is getting better in the playoffs but not nearly as good as Kobe was
Kareem, Jordan, Magic, Bird, Wilt, LeBron Tim Duncan Then Kobe. Kobe is my favorite player of all time but nah, he is simply too inefficient compared to everyone I just listed.
You deserve a much bigger platform man. You see through media narratives and fans that buy whatever they’re told. Anyone who’s non bias and really watches the games are agreeing with your perspectives.
@@MrSayWhatIThink23 so as you sit here and proclaim his greatness, what are you basing your claims on if youve never witnessed him bounce a basketball. Am I missing something?????
ONE PUNCH!!!!!!! From the stats, from what other people and players who have seen him play and the little film that we have of him. It’s easy to see greatness. And you didn’t refute my other point. Most people here arguing on UA-cam have never seen A.I. in his prime or saw a single game of MJ. Why should they get to comment on their greatness when they didn’t see them play? Aren’t they going off the same evidence I’m going off of with Jerry West?
The reason why Dwade struggled to get out of the first round was because Shaq left and Wade was playing with a bunch of bums and YMCA players. Also Wade would’ve won finals MVP in 2011 if a specific SOMEONE didn’t play absolutely trash. And it wasn’t Wade that’s for sure bro averaged like 26 Wade only started regressing significantly once the 2013 playoffs hit. His averages in terms of scoring went down like crazy, but before that he was still Dwade
Irving Martinez there is only One player better than Kobe and yea idk if i can name 9 players EVER better than him. Respect the KILLER man some people dumb 😂 whatever gotta shun that stupid negative shit 😂
10:38 had me rolling on the floor of laughter, and somehow when any casual makes an idiotic comment, they have to automatically make a grammar mistake.
I'd personally take Durant over Kobe. The Durant hate has kind of overshadowed that he's arguably a top 3 scorer in NBA history. When you compare his numbers, especially his efficiency to basically everyone else, it's absolutely crazy. Same goes for Steph, but Durant has developed into an above average defender for his position, and being a good defender at SF is infinitely more valuable than being a good defending guard, depending on the size of course.
You've gotta think, your efficiency is gonna be much higher having steph and klay on your team to space the floor. I think he's top 3 as well, but when you have that many shooters on a team you can't double anyone or any of the 3 of them can go for 40.
@@tropicmix8765 His efficiency has actually stayed around the same level after joining the Warriors, at least compared to his last 4 years in OKC. During 13/14 he averaged 32 PPG on 63.5% true shooting.
5:25 the Boston Celtics in 2009-10 struggled in the regular season but the thing they knew how to get it done. I think they were the 4th seed or something like that but what they had was experience to deal with adversity in the playoffs which a lot of team in East especially didn't have at that time
Hence why the East was complete trash in the 2000s. The Celtics not having the one seed can be equated to KG’s knee injury and he was still great after his return but you could tell he wasn’t the same player
Definitely do a video over Kobe's 2008-2010 run. The NBA gained a lot of popularity and many fans shortly after that run, and they just weren't watching and realize how great Kobe was..
I was scrolling through youtube videos and I and in my head I was like "Did I just read what I thought I read" and now I'm a little upset that this would even cross someone's mind in this Universe
Speaking of Chris Bosh I'll never forget the first NBA game I went to, it was the game that Miami sat LeBron and dwade because san Antonio had sat it's stars when they went to Miami. Chris Bosh hit the game winning 3 and the energy in the building was crazy. Mad respect for Bosh since then.
Exactly, people don’t realize how egoless he was becoming a stretch big. He should’ve made the top 75 team over Anthony Davis and Dave De(I don’t know how to spell his last name)
Nah i disagree. A finals MVP holds more value than an MVP, because it not only proves you are a champion, but you were the best player on a championship team
Not really you can be fmvp because of the circonstances. Parker won fmvps but duncan was always the better player. Iguodala in 2015, Dumars was not the bad boys best player either during their run.
Faissoil Ali Parker was the best player during that finals( of course he’s not better than Duncan all time but during that finals he was) He led both teams in scoring. So was iguodala, he held Lebron to 39% shooting. Finals mvp is about what you did on the biggest stage when everyone is going 100%. Regular season mvp is what you do in and 82 game season full of teams and players tanking, stat padding, dealing with injuries, etc. Chris Paul was the best player during the 2018 WCF
@@NothingElseMattersJM Iguodala didn't hold Lebron to 39% on his own and didn't lead his team in scoring, curry was still the most important piece to warriors success and iggy contributed greatly too. And 7 games of playing one great team isn't equivalent to 30-50 games of playing playoffs teams .That's why I said it's less valuable, you can be the best player and have your team in the finals but not win fmvp because one of your teammate is on fire during this series. Context matters. In 2015 , curry was consistently double teamed on picks ,leaving open the likes of draymond and iggy.Parker one his fmvp was in a lopsided final, who won the fmvp didn't really matter
Faissoil Ali why do you think Jordan is considered the greatest? Kareem has more mvps than him . Because on the biggest stage, Magic was the best player in those finals. Not Kareem. Jordan was always the best on the biggest stage. Some guys are good When it doesn’t matter; others take it up a notch on the biggest stage. We all know what happens to harden in the finals and playoffs lol

He was the probably the most selfish player in hstory.Rape case.Force Lakers to trade Shaq.He was not efficient enough to be top 10 of all time but kobe fans says he is.(though his efficiency was a bit above average.)Kobe fans being cringy most of the time. And he is actually a bit overrated bc there are people still thinks he was better than Jordan despite the fact that he was clearly a copycat Jordan and Jordan was a better and more efficient scorer and was a better defender.
He get so much disrespect by ignorant people like you that is actually astunishing. You can't make 10% of your homework about kobe and still are here talking shit about a guy that semented himself above legends and in the same thier as everybory above it.
For many people, Kobe was basically the man who killed everyone, whether it be during regular season or post season. THE thing is tho, his legacy is pretty shaky, especially when most haters bring no context, and his best attributes are mostly shown on recording (ex: incredible defense that didn't get high steals or blocks, but just plain stopped people)
PLEASE GIVE ME A 2008-2010 KOBE RUN
I'm so happy that this video went the direction that it did, because the title had me triggered lmao
I started following the nba in 2017, I saw wade in the playoffs vs the 76ers and damn what a performance, I can only imagine him in his prime
I have been watching him since 2003, watch older highlights and you can get a glimpse.
Yeah watch when he got the flash as his nickname
That Kobe take at the end had me on the floor laughing
NBA Twitter police is just one of the best series made. KEEP EM COMING
Bro I didn't see the continued part of the title I legit thought u was gon say harden was better than wade I was ready to burn forests for that shit
Lars Verstraete 😂😂 “burn forests”
Damn is this Alfred?
the disrespect towards kobe and wade are outrageous! both are freaking hall of famers for god sake!!
First ballot ones
The one where someone said there where six players better than Kobe in the league today got me triggered
I feel like the D Wade disrespect comes from a lot of LeBron stans trying to discredit D Wade to make it seem like LeBron carried him for 4 years
Tony Hammond true
Exactly
Wade never needed Lebron
Yep it could be possible
wow this is a thing now?‼️😂‼️ first round? he won a championship with out him, MVP candidate he was top 3 in back to back seasons... twice😂😂😂 chill outttttttt
Who?
They disrespect my mans Wade like that... SMH 💀
Disrespectful he's the 3rd best SG ever
I’m a Rockets fan, and this gave me chills. I lost thousands of brain cells.
Smh to all of these kobe disrespect. Like seriously, where are these coming from?!
How many players force the league to change rules because of there play. And the fouls he gets are the defenders faults hes a genius when it comes to creating favorable contact.
No lie, that title had me heated until I remembered you did the twitter police series XD
8:33 This man is smoking and snorting crack at the same time
Random one I see all too often:
Kyrie is better than Curry 😭
Maybe in 2014 lol
Awesome Nacho 3 not even then lol I love both but kyrie has never really been “better” than Steph
Sean Cole besides the 2016 finals
Mr UV That’s very laughable
Hes not but you have to give him credit for dualing him and winning
Bro I love your content, keep it up. It keeps us talking about the game we love thanks
if the spurs won the 2013 finals tim duncan would have won finals MVP because of his game 6
lovin the smash gameplay. Being "good" myself I enjoy seeing your skills with the sticks
Harden is way better than wade. Don't be prisoners of the past.
@@dimes3634 Nobody is a prisoner of the past, people just have their own opinions on who is better.
3 too high but regardless that take is 1000x better than “theres six players better than Kobe right now and we have to accept that”
How can people be so stupid 🤣 it really makes me mad 🤦🏾♂️
d wade is a top 16 ayer all time if not for injuries slow down guys .harden aint top 25...
There is one way Wade brought this on himself. He sorta started the modern Harden style of play where he focused specifically on drawing fouls.
Huge D wade fan... he's my fav all time, good to see people backing with me lmao
DWade 3rd best SG ever
@@deetheoriginal3117 not according to the guy who made that tweet
@@legendarywiimaster what tweet
@@deetheoriginal3117 the tweet dom was reading at the beginning
@@legendarywiimaster gotta be teenager that made that 😂
I love the fact u just like "u just started watching basketball what r u talking about "😂😂
Harden is great but he's not better than prime D Wade at least not yet 🤗
Jordan general tso Never be
Harden is better than wade.
Dimes nope he isn’t
He never will be lol wade accomplished way more than he has by James harden's age. Wade at the age of 29 was still beast
Wade plays defense
YESS THIS IS THE VIDEO IVE BEEN WAITING FOR
I love this series. These nba ‘experts’ on Twitter are bigger frauds then Soulja boy 🤦🏾♂️
Damn I’m binging old vids. I forgot how much I love your channel and videos. Won’t be a ghost subscriber anymore
Hold up you talk about basketball and play super smash brothers and you also play link. I'm subbing.
WOAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH FAM I’m glad I saw the (Twitter police) in captions I thought you were trolling
Look it up if you want, when it matters the most the playoffs is what separates a star from a superstar. Compared to Harden in the Playoffs D Wade has a higher field goal percentage, averages more minutes, more points, more blocks, and he SHOOTS BETTER FROM 3!!!!
These videos are my favorite series to watch
I love harden I’m a diehard rockets fan but I know that wade and Kobe are better. Harden is getting better in the playoffs but not nearly as good as Kobe was
Bro... I thought Dom lost his mind for a second
WHAT? 6 greater than Kobe? There aren't 6 player EVER who were greater than Kobe!
Matthias McCormack exactly lol.
@@DanteGoldz fucking nba twitter
Yes there were
Kibe is 9th/8th on the all atime list.
Kareem, Jordan, Magic, Bird, Wilt, LeBron
Tim Duncan
Then Kobe.
Like if dom should do smash gameplay in every video.
If he did a smash stream, even once, I might make a twitch account just for that.
Also I was triggered by the Richter but then I saw a FG Link
I'd watch Dom play Smash 😂
I'm surprised there hasn't been an episode about people who say Kobe was carried by Shaq
Mj
Kobe
Wade
Harden or AI
THATS THE QUESTION!!!
Daniel Powell Jerry West was better than AI & Harden
@@MrSayWhatIThink23 youve never watched jerry west play in your life, you were a goddamn sperm cell
ONE PUNCH!!!!!!! Pretty sure most people here didn’t see AI in his prime or MJ play either. It doesn’t take away from a players greatness
And it wasn’t Wade that’s for sure bro averaged like 26
Wade only started regressing significantly once the 2013 playoffs hit. His averages in terms of scoring went down like crazy, but before that he was still Dwade
Dude Kobe’s run 2008-2010 finals is more impressive than LeBron’s run 2010-2018
Straight FAX
2018? Rly?
I can't agree cause I feel 2012 run 2016 and I guess 2018 are MILES ahead of what Kobe went through #NoHateJustFacts
Guga Túlio I AGREE
I agree bro
@@jasonfutrell3155 dude Kobe didn't have a legitimate other star on his team for majority of the run like Lebron did
Bring this series back
I HATE Kobe. With a passion. But the man is top 10 all tim, easy, no debate. There cannot be 6 players better than him in the NBA now. The disrespect
Don't get why you could hate Kobe
Irving Martinez there is only One player better than Kobe and yea idk if i can name 9 players EVER better than him. Respect the KILLER man some people dumb 😂 whatever gotta shun that stupid negative shit 😂
10:38 had me rolling on the floor of laughter, and somehow when any casual makes an idiotic comment, they have to automatically make a grammar mistake.
I'm a Warriors Fan and even I know Prime Wade would beat anyone in the Warriors except Durant.
I think he has a chance at taking kd
But Curry’s better than kd so..
Hiroomi Nase Durant over Wade easy and Curry was a much bigger impact on the game.
@@BandManAj since when?!
Nah Wade could take one KD in his prime Wade would reck KD on both ends
love the smash gameplay with the videos
Idk who'd I take, but it's a better argument than the Steph one.
Are you drunk? No.
James Montijo he drunk.
You should definitely do a video on 2008-2010 Kobe
Once Harden wins a ring he will be the 3rd best SG ever
Nope, he won't. He needs more accolades.
Ikd but he'll definitely be top 10 IMO 😐
Haha no.
Hell no
Fuck no.
these takes have me questioning life itself
should humans have the right to procreate as a species any longer? have we gone over the deep end? if not now, when?
An underrated series for a underrated channel
Also if I’m not mistaken Wade almost ended up taking that team to the playoffs anyways before LeBron got there it was very close
I looked at the video but the full title didn’t show up so I was relieved when it was Twitter police
You know there's this thing called defense. Maybe Wade can introduce Harden to it
Definitely do a video over Kobe's 2008-2010 run. The NBA gained a lot of popularity and many fans shortly after that run, and they just weren't watching and realize how great Kobe was..
Love these videos 😂
Yo videos the best bro

Don't let Dom's commentary distract you from the fact Dom was getting his ass chewed up by that Richter if it weren't for that SD
People forget that dwade was an all time great that played like a real team player as well. Same with stephen curry.
Last time i was this early the rockets still had cp3,Danuel House and Capela
This has to be a joke
W for using link dom!!
5:45 lol you shouldn't have even entertained that one. That one deserves to be sent to the shadow realm.
Some people really think they can say anything they want and not be called on out it when they got trash takes. Smh. How quickly people forget Dwade
MVP takes 82 games. FMVP takes 7 and a Finals appearance.
"The Super Friends" 😅😅
