Great videos! I picked up a 2015 400S and an analyzer. What is the best way to familiarize myself with the complete operation of the analyzer? How do I clear the trouble codes?
Hi Manuel, I had a bunch of codes on my analyzer. I pin out cables check power modular found out it and the contractor was bad. so i change them out. I dont have any more canbus errors or lift problems on my code reader. but now i have an open contactor or relay. It is new , I guess i could have got a bad one. I need to check the voltage between the terminals to make sure i have 24 volts. Any ideas. HELP
Hello Manuel. We have the mode T350. The scssor lift can work without the foot put on the ground, for us it's not safe. How you allow operation only when the 4 foot are on the ground for safety ? does it need configuration or what. Tks

My JLG 3246ES is leaking fluid from the steering hydraulic bar. I believe the seals are worn out. I am curious how difficult it is to replace the seals and how complicated is it to add the fluid lost.
It’s fairly easy common problems on this unit 4 bolts to hold the steer cylinder and 2 hydraulic lines . Just make sure you don’t put the new ones in backwards. And to fill the fluid is easy Allen bolt mounted on the reservoir
Hello there I have JLG 1930se couple months ago stopped driving back and forth and I was trying to figure out what's wrong by taking the batteries out to test them, nothing was wrong with them and after I put them back and now it doesn't operate up and down any idea how to get fixed or what it could wrong with it? I appreciate in advance
Have you ran into any tilt sensor canbus failure code on 1932i/R1932? I have 24V/good ground and 2.5 on can to the sensor, tilt sensor value on analyzer shows ???, replaced with new and no change. Can’t calibrate either.
@manueldiaz I'm having issues with a jlg 1932es. I don't have the diagnostic tool but I do see that on the control station it has the tilt light on and also the lightning bolt flashes. The machine doesn't go all the way up and the alarm sounds once it stopped 10ft high. Any ideas what it might be or what I should look for?
Good morning Mate, this video really help, I am working on one scissor lift now, jlg 2669, the machine was working okay but the operator sparks the battery and that's were main circuit board burned, so I order new board and installed already, I started machine okay,but alarm beep and all controls not working. Can you help me. Thanks
I have a 2008 JLG 2630ES, I have a 25 fault code that shows drive and lift prevented. This happened after some battery issues. Now I have to charge the batteries with a separate charger and it won’t lift or drive, any help would greatly be appreciated.
Sounds like the issues is around the charger cause if wired wrong it will prevent you from driving or the batteries wires make sure they are hooked up correct and your not missing one . Check behind the batteries to see if you’re missing a whole lead connection that you might have missed
Lift the unit about halfway . In the middle you’re gonna see the cylinder with a black reservoir where the fluid goes in. It’s usually a size 6 Allen wrench to unscrew
If you google “Jlg analyzer” Amazon might have some in stock but I know they can get kinda pricy, that code is from the digital indicator next to the battery isn’t it?? How’s your lift acting up??

My code reader also says charger plug in. Is there any way to check the charger once i pull it out of the lift 1930ES

Question jlg 2032es won't move forward or reverse. Everything else works. Code 256 but the sensors seem to be testing good
Morning Manuel, I keep getting error code ES002 and no one knows what it is. Controller flashes 3 quick, pause then 1. Any idea?

Mmmm sounds like you have a short somewhere. Are you getting a fault code ?

Is the tilt value trough analyzer showing 20-20?

Sounds like the unit just needs to be re-calibrated , tilt is out center

Yeah anytime you install a new computer or board on Jlg you need to program it to the machine. Once you do that the alarms will go off

What year ? You can test it manually depending the style of the sensor
