Elinchrom Tutorial

Hey Bill thanks for this tutorial. I currently own a used early and basic model Elinchrom D-Lite 4 kit that was handed to me from a relative a few years back. The kit is in great condition and all the functions work with the exception of when I am trying to get to the menu to change the group and frequency channels. As i followed the steps to get to the menu while pressing the up and down arrow buttons simultaneously no menu screen populates to create settings for my lights. If you have any suggestions on how to correct this problem i would appreciate your help before I convince myself that this kit just does not function properly and now have to go out and invest on a new lighting system.
