    A falling barometer around here is looked to as a feeding time for trout generally.

    Hey mickey yesterday just after we saw you we went fishing again and got not one single bite but one block caught a 2.8 meter Hamer head shark that was pretty cool

    There’s Some good ground off channel Island in the deep Chanel you’ll just need to sinkers to get down to them or just off the DSAC barge. Once you work out the Darwin harbhour you will be surprised just how good the fishing can be.

    Hay champ... love your videos.... what's to go with getting squid in the harbour ? I've decided I want to do some live squid fishing but I've been sick for a while and haven't done any fishing for a few years... and don't know where to start

      I went out fishing at night with my old boss one time in the harbour. He had a squid light and would attract them to the side of the boat with it then scoop them up with a prawn net. You have to be insane fast, but that's how we did it that night.
      Also I know people get them off the jettys at night all the time. Nightcliff for example. Using squid jigs.

    I found it easier to recover my boat when they whwre missing. Used one ramp to park boat and other to reverse trailer down

      That was my first thought. But all the Golden Trevs I’ve caught before have had big, fat lips. These ones didn’t.

    what setup is the spin setup you were using what size saragossa and what model terez

    • @MikeyCunninghamFishing
      @MikeyCunninghamFishing  5 років тому +1

      The Saragosa is a 6000. The Terez I can’t remember off the top of my head, but it’s one of the XXH ones. (Extra extra heavy). The rod it probably oversized for the 6000 but I didn’t want to step up to the 8000. It’s built on the same body as the 10,000 and is heaps bigger.
