2:22 - Modifiers Matter isn't actually responsible for the "updated AC vs base AC" display, that's base system behavior! MM is only adding the green "Flat Footed -2" text that can be seen in 2:32, and only does it when the modifier actually matters! So, for example, the first attack (in 2:22) would only be highlighted if the bandit rolled a 7, for a total of 17, in which case the shield's +1 AC bonus would save the wizard from being hit. Similarly, if the bandit rolled a 17 for a total of 27, it would be a hit rather than a crit, so the shield's bonus would show up again.
This was fantastic. For some reason I sat and waited on you to recommend Dice so Nice. since that is in like every other video. The fact you kept this exclusivly for pathfinder is something I really apreciate. General system-independent plugins can be covered in its own video.. Which I will be investigating if you have :D I have heard or seen most of these while scrolling through. But several of them I looked at like "Proably redundant, probably deprecated" like Flat check, Staves, Target Damage.. On their name they simply sound like mods that added missing features long ago. Now I know I need to give them another go. And thank you so much for that!
Great video. There's a bunch of mods here I've never heard of. I'll give a shout out to Iron Monk. They've got a ton of cool mods that I make life much easier. To name a couple: - Monk's Combat Marker - Monk's Enhanced Journals - Monk's Scene Navigation Keep up the great work. Loving the content
One Mention to my favorite mod of all time: Token Action HUD. It lets you easily switch between tokens and activate their actions/spells/abilities without having to open their character sheets or set up propper macros for them. Also very easy when you have newbie or lazy players who don't want to set up their macros in the utility belt.
token action hud isnt really that great, it just shows stuff you can do for lazy people not using the character sheet but some stuff you still need to use via character sheet even with the action hud
Hey, stumbled across your channel yesterday. Your editing is great, and it's always nice to see more pathfinder content creators out there! My only minor complaint is the RGB shift on your pc during jump cuts lol, it's kinda distracting for me. Anyway hope you keep it up and i look forward to more Pathfinder content from you!
Yeah I hear ya, it's annoying for me as well. 😆 They used to be a solid color, but sadly for one reason or another they just stop being one color about 30 seconds after the PC turns on. 🤦♂️ But I'll hopefully have a fix...soon? 🤞😅
I am playing a tiny character. And I often have at least 1 condition covering 1/4 of my token. So I think the circular conditions would be really cool.
For this video I tried to focus on Pathfinder specific mods, but I plan on making a video in the future that covers some of my other favorite ones for other systems and Foundry as a whole. 😁
Thanks for your video! I'm definitely incorporating many of these mods in my game. Question about the staves mod: I didn't see any wand functionality as you described. Is that something this mod can do, or do I need another mod for that?
I want one of these videos for 5e, one of the things I really need is more conditions because there is a lot of base game conditions that foundry or the 5e game system just doesn't have
It's made by a fantastic group called Forgotten Adventures. 🗡️ I'd highly recommend checking out their maps and their token library. (A lot of which is free btw!)
If you're referring to the window on the right at that timestamp then that's in the base PF2e system for Foundry VTT. 😁 You just have to right click on the token and then click the little player going super Saiyan icon. 👍 The window on the left at that timestamp however is just listing out the examples for PF2e animations. 🧙♂️
@@nattertot Yes I am refering to that window but that was not what I meant. I have to hover over the little icons to see the full name of the condition, which results in going on a condition hunt in this window because I don't know every Icon for every condition yet. But I found monk's little helper wich does exactly what I wanted but thanks for answering ^^
Now that the PF2E system added the Party Sheet and stash, do you still find it worthwhile to have give item to another player mod? Since now they can simply send items to the stash for others to access?
In all honesty, I've found my players prefer the give item mod over the stash because they found it a little easier to access and use. But it's honestly just based on whatever your group prefers, and it doesn't hurt to use both. 👍
I just purchased my Foundry lisc and have no clue whatsoever what I am doing(don't judge :P), can you give me a total comprehensive list of all mods I will need?
its ok , but why workbench is not first in video, im not about place) i dont see pf2e action support (its musthave #2 after workbench) ranged combat - its useless mod for monkeys and i dont see mod for check distance to target (welcome to fight at different heights) Best minimal pack for pf2e system: 1) PF2e Workbench 2) PF2e Action Support 3) PF2e Modifiers Matter 4) PF2e Companion Compendia 5) PF2e Target Damage 6) PF2e Toolbet (Giveth mod inside) 7) Hover distance(or free mod with distance check function - its PF2e InteractiveTokenTooltip) 8) see 7 9) DragRuller+PF2e DragRuller Integration + routinglib 10) PF2e Utility Buttons 11) FlatCheck 12) DiceTray 13)...mods for class macros (like Exploit Vulnerability for Thaumaturge or Eidolon Helper for summonner) 14) UI mods like DorakoUI
Hey I really like your videos, you're a great personality! But for some reason the self-actualization of calling a youtube video a youtube video and not just "video" itches me in a weird way, is it just me?
I kinda started doing it by accident and ever since it's become a weird tradition/habit. 😆 If it's bothering people tho I'll be sure to make a conscious effort to stop it. 🫡
@@nattertot Haha that's fair, but I will say it makes your channel a little unique and memorable! No need to stop just for me. I think it's because you said it twice that it felt uncanny "...welcome to this youtube video. In this youtube video we will..."

Perfect timing! About to start Abomination Vaults with my friends tomorrow!

This has to be one of the best Pathfinder 2e Foundry mods video out there. Thanks!
God thank you so much for the recommendations. The staves mod was very needed in my game since foundry does not automatically state a staves charges.
This video, the list and your comments are awesome!!
Thank you so much! And happy to hear you enjoyed the vid! 😁
This is incredibly helpful! Looking forward to trying many of these modules out, thank you!
Pf2e workbench... always a classic! I'd also recommend Pf2e Toolkit, so useful!
Always cool to see an up-and-coming Pathfinder youtube channel. Keep it up :)

Loving the content man! Keep it up ❤
Happy to hear you're enjoying it! Thanks for watching! 👋😁
Just found your channel while going down the UA-cam rabbit hole. Amazing content ! Well done ! Got a new sub !
Welcome aboard!

Didn't know about circular conditions on Doroka, that's super helpful
Thanks for the recommendations!
Great recommendations! Thank you.
Great video! Very informative.
Thank you! Happy to hear you enjoyed the video. 😊
Nice list, thanks!
Great video
well found your channel yesterday, and, i have never seen someone talk about foundry modules, altho i cant afford them right now >.
I play pen and paper and have been trying to decide whether to pick up foundry. This might convince me.
I'm surprised that you didn't mention a single HUD mod. It makes life so much easier as a player and a GM.
For this video I tried to focus on Pathfinder specific mods, but I plan on making a video in the future that covers some of my other favorite ones for other systems and Foundry as a whole. 😁

On it. 🫡
nice
You used the PF1 logo on the treasure chest in the thumbnail :p
You caught me! 😆 The Pathfinder 2 logo just didn't quite fit properly, so I thought to myself "No one will notice...right?" 😅
I would love a video on workbench so much going on it’s hard to track it all
My wife: Oh! He has a friend in the tank. What is his co-stars name?
😂
His name is Squirtle. 😁♥️🐢
🎉
Hey I love the map that you use in 9:55 where can I get it?
It's made by a fantastic group called Forgotten Adventures. 🗡️ I'd highly recommend checking out their maps and their token library. (A lot of which is free btw!)
What is the mod that fully writes out the name of the Condition even before hovering over it like it is seen at 12:40? I really would like that one.

I actually just recently made a video about that! 😁 Go check it out if you're interested. 👍

ranged combat - its useless mod for monkeys

Best minimal pack for pf2e system:
1) PF2e Workbench
2) PF2e Action Support
3) PF2e Modifiers Matter
4) PF2e Companion Compendia
5) PF2e Target Damage
6) PF2e Toolbet (Giveth mod inside)
7) Hover distance(or free mod with distance check function - its PF2e InteractiveTokenTooltip)
8) see 7
9) DragRuller+PF2e DragRuller Integration + routinglib
10) PF2e Utility Buttons
11) FlatCheck
