I loved your Victorian because old architecture is my love language but you needed a bigger space for your family and I love what you've done and can't wait to see whats to come! The wood color as it comes through on the video is just perfect, what I imagine quintessential Napa decor to be…not too orange, not too gray, just right.

I live on Clearwater Beach FL, I live in a high rise on 18 th floor Tom Cruise lives on the 26th floor when he is here in town. We are getting a hurricane currently. I just put pumpkins around my house. I try not to clutter my home. I love your home. Great video 😊

I think neutral fall decor is elegant & sophisticated BUT your bright colorful orange leaves etc add so much life to your home & is much more fun for your kids. They'll look back in yrs & be grateful for how much work u put into making their childhood magical. Can we see your chickens place pleeze.

I think the wood is beautiful and natural. Im obsessed w/the warmth of wood. The variations of colors and the depth of them. I've painted over too much wood in my life only to regret and saying why did I do that. I respect the beauty naturalness of wood much more now. Just one's opinion. Love love your channel. I live in South Dakota. We’ve been above average with temperatures ranging from 40 to 75 every day but next weekend we turn chilly getting down to freezing. It probably won’t snow for a couple of months. I am completely excited about fall and Halloween and Thanksgiving and Christmas! I love the holidays and I love decorating for the holidays. I love spoiling my grandchildren.

I would paint the banisters black like you mentioned in a previous video and redo the floors before you change that table. It's a beautiful wood tone that I think would compliment the other changes you intend to make soon.

I found your channel recently, I’m a new mama to a 9month old and your content is SO inspiring as I work to get organized at home! You give me hope as a working mom to finally feel more organized and efficient soon 😅 Congrats on the move and I’m loving seeing how you’re bringing things together in the new place. We moved a year ago and I didn’t really get to nest being so far along in pregnancy. But now I’m doing all the fall things inside and out! We just renovated our condo backyard-it’s fully paved, I have tons of mums in pots everywhere, we have mums and seasonal cabbage/kale in our beds, pumpkins, lanterns, etc. I gravitate toward more natural decor as well, and love bringing touches of the woods and garden into the home. I’m not as big on Halloween decor yet but I’m sure that’ll change as my little one gets older 😊

Your previous content motivated me to clean/organize my fridge and pantry (FINALLY!!) and it has never looked better. I love all the fall decor -- as far as the entryway table, I'd keep it natural wood since you already have a lot of black in the breakfast nook area.

I live in Pennsylvania near Allentown. It was a hot summer, and now fall came fast it's only in the 60's in the day and 40's at night. I love fall the best and I'm a traditionalist I like the oranges, reds, and browns of fall. We're going into the bestpary of the year . Can't wait to see how you decorate your new home.
I like the natural brown color for the table. You can always live with a while and see if you really want to paint it black. No turning back if you do . Maybe wait till you get your hardwood floors down and see how it all looks .

I think I'd leave the entryway table wood to warm up the look of the tile, but after you have hardwood, black might work better!
I love how you decorate your table. I'd love it if you told us how you keep ot looking so nice. Every time I have to decorate mine I have to take I down to clean the table after every meal and try to get it back as nice as it was all over again.
It has been hard to get used to the new house as it is SO different from your other house, but these things take time. Don’t rush decisions based on US! We don’t live there! Take your time and figure out what works best for YOU!

Like others here, I loved your old house! I just love the charm and character of older homes but I could see you needed something that worked better for your family. When I saw the new home I thought it was nice but I wasn’t in love with it. Not that I need to be. LOL! Looks like a huge home but I was still hung up on the Victorian. However, I can see it has sooo much potential and I know you’re going to turn this home into something amazing and it’s going to be fun to watch! We’re all going to enjoy being a part of the journey and I bet most are going to fall in love with it, too. What little we’ve seen already without major remodeling already looks great! Your backyard is fabulous!

Everything turned out beautifully. I especially love the outdoor area. It looks like a calming, tranquil place. It is hard to get back into a routine after moving. Give yourself some grace. In my part of Texas (this week) we're having highs in the low 90's/upper 80's and lows in the low 60's. I am all about the traditional fall and Christmas colors too. I can admire other styles but for my home it will always be traditional.
It’s been a very hot summer in Texas! We don’t have a traditional fall, so decor and scents are essential. Your new home is coming along. While my kids are grown up young adults, in college…we added a Frenchie pup to the family and I am so thrown off in my schedule as well. Not sure what this will do to my holiday decorations… but like you I need to reset.

Beautiful! Love the darker/natural picks mixed in with the brighter ones. I wouldn't paint the table black, I think the wood tone is so lovely. LOVE the leaf shaped dishes with the cinnamon scented pine cones! It all looks wonderful. I'm in Canada, no Fall here yet (where I am) but that will change in a few weeks. Love your videos!!

For decor, leaves and all that, i'm a fan of the more natural fall color vibe. Painting furniture matte black or black is quite effective and makes a sophisticated statement for the home for your banisters, entry table, and other items. The effect that your black breakfast nook table has in the space is a step up. Love your content!
