Respected sir, One of my patient has multiple carcinoma since 3 yrs many chemo and radio sessions already. Now she is admitted with CNs arterial thrombosis. In arterial thrombosis in BRAIN can we use Aspirin +/- Low dose rivaroxaban/Apixaban ? Plz guide.
