You NAILED IT. That distinction is something they've fought hard to maintain. They are publishers as well. More so than ever these days. It's so obvious. There should be a classification to make a distinction that they can be both.
True, they are a platform provider, but clearly with their algorithms and these emails show internal arranging of what THEY decide gets promoted or suppressed. This absolutely needs be taken to the supreme court.
