Actually this child is a transgender. It is a male trapped in a female body. These are natural freak creations of Allah SWT and they could be born in any family. Hats off to this family who have boldly owned up their child on as-is basis and have prevented him from falling in to the hands of khwajasaras. I pray more such parents, specially from Punjab, gather courage and own up their children unconditionally regardless of gender. Karachi has been invaded by khwajasaras from Punjab. You will rarely find begging khwajasaras originally from Karachi. The rate and incidence of birth of transgenders must be the same all over country but in Punjab somehow it is considered shameful to own such a child. Resultantly they fall in the hands of gurus and end up on the streets of Karachi. It is a serious problem that demands resolution through awareness.
