New Home Sales are Crashing across Canadian Real Estate Markets

In a metro area of nearly 6 million people there were just 45 new single family home sales in Toronto for the month of September. In Greater Vancouver new home sales were down 72% in Q3 of this year, the lowest since 2012. Demand for new housing is incredibly weak across Canadian Real Estate markets prompting developers to cancel projects.
