Mistakes ahoy. Wrong titled Manics song, probably confusing it with a song by Paul Young. Head Over Feet by Alanis did have a video, but they've used the Ironic video here. And Robbie's cover of Freedom didn't make No.1 either, he would have to wait at least 2 years yet for one.
Technically the following day, Wannabe was still at the top of the chart for a third consecutive week out of seven on BBC Radio 1 when Mark Goodier announced it and this would’ve gave George Michael his 11th number one (counting the A-side of The Edge of Heaven and Where Did Our Heart Go over ten years earlier as the his duo Wham! broke up) as songwriter, but he still had to wait til Last Christmas in the first chart of 2021. Robbie had to wait another two years for his first solo chart topper, but also The Chart Show cocked it up again a year later with Old Before I Die in the April ‘97 episode, whereas I Believe I Can Fly was at number one on the proper chart.

And the Spice Girls simultaneously up and down at number two.
Freedom was a number 2 hit for Robbie

@@Glamking1 Didn't they also put Richard III by Supergrass at No.1 at that point - which was also held off by IBICF?
@@Tohereknowswhen I think they’d did on The Chart Show as it was 24 hours before, well on the official chart, R.Kelly held them off completely.
