I think for Agent Smith, I would use the torso and legs from Agent Coulson, use a different head, and use the same hair style but in black. Also, for Stan Lee, I would use the head and hair from Stan Lee from firestar toys, and torso and legs from Bruce Banner from Ragnarok, and give him headphones and a microphone for when he is announcing who is coming to the stage.
Seeing figbarfs is always cool but it also makes me so glad that I am lucky enough to own custom minifigures like Phoenix Customs Deadpool that comes with a bunch of accessories including like 4 or 5 different heads to show Deadpool’s eyes emoting and YAFD & BabyBrick’s custom Wolverine in his new suit from Deadpool & Wolverine! Super hyped we’re less then a month away! LFG!! ❤💛❤💛
I think you could upgrade the deadpool with red and black duel molded arms (red on bottom and black on top) and black hands, If you watch the movies that's much more accurate

The original figure of deadpool is good.
I think the new scarred Anakin head from the obi wan 2022 plate set works best for wade.
The colors flow better from the newer head
