You guys can get your Plaza Population up depending on your settings in the Mii Plaza to where the people you meet online will enter your Plaza's though note you do note get a Street Pass Tag but I think that might have changed with a System Update being planned for the future
You gotta check at your Streetpass update every once in a while so you can get more Miis in your Plaza population. Get their Panel pieces, send them through Help Mii or whatever, and put it back in your pocket for about a couple more minutes. Rinse and repeat.
If you guys ever do Fatal Frame 3 (which I hope) I have a tip for you. swap the left and right analog sticks for aiming in the options, because it is fucking weird to use the left stick for aiming while moving with the right one

I've heard MK9 is coming out for the PC on Steam in July 3rd, a day before the US Independence Day, and retail on August 2nd. If that's the case, then I think I'll play it, assuming the people who will make the port don't screw up. Don't understand why they decided to include Kratos on the PC version though.

Johnny the thing with streetpass is that you need to check it frequently, because you can only meet 10 people at a time. so if you met ten people then you can't meet more until you have done something with them.
You guys didn't look at your 3DS enough times... it can only get up to 10 street passes at once, so you have to get rid of them before the next ones come in. Obviously, I don't recommend bothering with street pass during such an event, because you'll be missing WAY TOO MUCH if you do so. :P
