Genshin's main difference is its different and complicated enough to enjoy and not complicated enough to give up learning. There are 7 different elements which interact with each other in different ways causing various reactions. The puzzle and story in genshin is also more enjoyable. Although the beginning story might not enjoyable to you. It gets updated with every month(events every two weeks, maps every two month on avg, and cycle characters banners with new characters), woth new regions and content. I im playing from 2022 nov and still enjoy it. U should definitely try, if u would like to try new innobative reaction based combat system.
Yeah I started playing genshin seeing from my 2 friends but it got me extremely bored, Idk that beginning ice guy pirate missions and etc. Just tired of running here and there
