Which sigil did you replace with bloodlust?

@XmantiX I replaced air sigil on my axe cuz I'm too lazy to get a bloodlust spear. You should replace the hydromancy sigil on spear, but keep in mind that if you do that, you will miss some adrenaline from the hydromancy proc for the first spear f1, so you need the extra adrenaline from outrage there to make the rotation work.
