This week, he joins Dr. Chris Featherstone and former WCW World Champion Vince Russo to discuss his eccentric colleague - The Velveteen Dream. Especially an incident where the eclectic character allegedly filmed wrestlers at a party without their consent. The fallout of this incident led to EC3 getting a concussion from The Velveteen Dream.

I've been concussed. It was when I was in a car wreck 2005 I took a utility pole to the head at 118 mph. Protected by maybe the driver my friend who died. So since that day forward I've dealt with mood swings, mental illness and of course lead to substance abusing because I was left in a dark empty place. People really dont understand not all concussions are the same. Some end your life when you take a shot hard enough to the head. The shots to the head that do not kill you leave your brain paralyzed or able to function to the most minimal degree. That's where I am. I had a life making lots of money before that with a relationship that was the love of my life. One concussion changed me. That's why I give wrestlers and their actions the benefit of the doubt after concussions. It wasnt until recent years where Football concussions have been taken more seriously. Suicides happen post concussion. Lastly, my all time favorite wrestler Shawn Michael's suffered a major concussion after a beating by marines. Sure HBK always had an ego but I believe he wouldn't have been as hard to deal with if it wasnt for his brain injury.
He really should be careful with accusations... It could be true, and I'm not saying it isn't, but at the same time, if it turns out to not be true that's a case of slander, which would mean that CYN would be the only company willing to work with EC3 from now on. Not to mention the lawsuit that follows from Dream once he gets out of jail.
I find it interesting that supposedly that Dream was recording stuff in the bathroom, yet EC3 instead of reporting it to the higher ups, wiped the data instead. Not to mention that this is the first time any of us are hearing about it, when he had something like 3+ years to report it.
Again, not saying it didn't happen, but it really should have come to light far earlier than it did, especially something that major.

@@animal1nstinct394 words are a funny thing. It doesn't matter if something is true or not, slander in of itself has been known to cause lawsuits, in favor of the ones who are being slandered upon.
@@ivenstorm yeah I mean joey ryan attempted to sue a bunch of people too when he had his downfall. how has that been going for him? slander lawsuits are some of the hardest cases to win in court, they definitely don't tend to rule in favor of the person suing like you're claiming, it's the complete opposite. most cases are dismissed and with velveteen's history, his case surely would be thrown out if he actually had the nerve to try and sue

Well Patrick did prove that young man lied on him but him getting arrested in Florida was a really dumb move. He wants to be back in the WWE so bad and needs to move on because their are more companies out there besides the WWE.

The police before they cleared Cliff decided to search his home. The BBC in the UK found out about it and decided to do a live news report from outside Cliffs home telling people the police were at Cliffs home and why they were searching his house. People believed the it must be true or the BBC wouldn't be doing a live broadcast on it. It damaged Cliffs reputation. Weeks later Cliff was proven innocent, but the damage to Cliffs reputation was done.

How high is EC3?
Patrick just made a Live video on Instagram a few minutes ago and called EC3 a liar.
Apparently, during the party, they had checked Patrick's phone after it was discovered in the bathroom. They didn't find anything in the gallery, nor in the recently deleted section.
Patrick has also accused EC3 of being shit drunk and high on Coccaine during the party. He apparently had reservations about Patrick's sexuality based upon the character he played in the ring. Hence, he thought that Patrick was recording him in the bathroom. There were a few more people in the party. He didn't name them, but mentioned that one was an ex-NXT superstar who is no longer with the company, and another ex-NXT superstar who is currently in Raw.
Again, these are just statements he made during the short and brief live session. Can't really validate any of the claims. Looking forward to Patrick's side being covered by some of the channels of YT.
