  • The Professional+ 90 might only be 90cm wide but it's every inch a professional cooker. The compact version of the Professional+ includes double oven cooking with a large main oven and tall electric fan oven. You'll also find four burners in three sizes, plus a triple-ring wok burner and a powerful grill. And the ceramic version offers a one-piece, easy clean hob with two dual-zone and three single-zone areas for added versatility, and 'hot hob' lights for extra safety.

    Hi Andy
The 90cm "gas" model has a gas hob, grill and main (left) oven. The tall (right) oven is fanned electric. This product run from a standard 13amp plug.
The 110cm "gas" model has a gas hob, grill and 2 gas ovens. This still requires a 13amp supply (for ignition etc).
The "dual fuel" versions (in all sizes) has a gas hob and electric ovens/grill. These require 32amp hard-wired supplies.
See our website for more information.

Hello, just to confirm. Are both cavitys gas on the gas version or is one gas and the secondary cavity electric?
    Thanks.

The toasters on these range's do NOT operate as they should, you end up with very patchy toast, I had to buy an electric toaster as rangemaster just ignore emails
