I LOVE the aquarium piece. The horror literature nerd in me couldn’t help but point out that the sign on the tube with the tentacles in it, as it says “Do not feed the dark god” with a very familiar tentacled face to accompany it. I would’ve never expected a Cthulhu reference in a Lemax piece of all things lol
I like the Forboding abode, Samanthas Supernatural, and the Full Moon Diner. I have already reserved, Samantha's, Full Moon Diner, and the Forboding abode. I have to wait until the end of July to get them! That will be hard.
I like the Halloween stuff that Lemax does, they balance out the fantastical stuff with some slice of life (the neighborhood/nostalgic trick or treating decorations). Though I do hope that we eventually get an alien invasion/B-movie product someday!
Nobody says it's never too early nor late for posting Halloween videos at the start of the new year when it comes to previews on January 1st. Since that Friday The 13th is next week which hopefully will cure the January blues, and will you have advantage to do a quick video on the new M3GAN coming out this month
I totally agree with you.Definitely a lot of really cool pieces this coming year! Love the "full moon diner", "house of shadows" and "mystery meat canning company". The haunted aquarium is cool and different too. Love the cottages and trick or treat house. Awesome accessories as well, like the cemetery statue, and billboard! Oh and the coffin bar! If I had to pick just one I'd have to go with the " Full moon diner" ! I love werewolves!!
The full moon diner one is awesome! I love the 50's vibe! When I was working at sixflags for fright fest they let us dress up on the days close to Halloween. My coworker dressed up as a devil waitress and I dressed up as a vampire! We called our fictional diner Devil's Food Diner.
I've been looking into possibly starting my own Spooky Town. I've really enjoyed every design and creative aspect of every awesome village house Lemax creates! Do you have any suggestions for someone who is new to starting his own collection of Spooky Village homes my man?
I do! My first hint of advice is to start small! You’ll be overwhelmed at how many pieces there are! I started with 1 and added 1-2 new ones each year. I have around 10 now and the collection is growing! Secondly, more importantly than houses, focus on the landscape - lights, trees, bushes, figures, and the ground texture itself! It can make or break a display! Finally, I’ll say decide the themes you want to dwell in…that will help you better narrow down what pieces you’ll want/need!

The phantom view apartments screams Ghostbusters! They had to have it mind when they designed that piece. Thats definitely the coolest piece in my opinion. The house of shadows looks pretty cool too.
Madame Inez would look great in a carnival. I do wonder which one will be more expensive: the apartments or the diner. My favorite is the diner. Witch Vanlife is my favorite table piece. I think I'll pick up Madame Inez and put her next to a carnival piece, she'll be my favorite figure this year :)

The Full Moon Diner has some really cool animation, but I think The House of Shadows is my favorite.
