I know I'm late the party here, but the last two bosses are significantly easier if you simply utilize the dodge ability you've been given for that phase in the game. It stuns Tashi out of his combos (and damages him) and gives i-frames for all the rot god's abilities that you can't avoid with normal dodge. Cheers
Why don’t more people know about this game?! I agree with you on the mechanic issues, but I absolutely loved this game. The combat on expert was perfectly balanced/challenging/rewarding while having a simple but polished feeling. Even with the flaws, it feels like a 9.5+/10.
I learned while going for a trophy that parrying the Mage's fire ball back at him really messes him up. Also I learned that throwing bombs and shooting them works well against Corrupt Toshi. He'll parry them if hit him directly but shoot them on the ground or in the air with your bow works nicely.
It’s about time he made another boss ranking it’s been a year
Back with the boss rankings. Awesomeness
Found your channel looking up dark souls boss ranking and I'm hella glad u got good content man , 😎
Can you do a boss ranking of Final Fantasy 7 Remake? There are 31 bosses in total
Love these boss rankings. Ever thought about doing some older games? Maybe the old God of War games? Or Devil May Cry games?
Did you not get the upgrade that allows for you to have a rot at the beginning of every battle?
The Father of Boss Rankings has made his command from his throne! Watch it I shall!
This is late but on the off chance this helps anyone you can use Rot bomb on Toshi to effectively stun lock him to death. Hit ‘em with it he can’t move and do 3 charges R2’s and then immediately throw another toy bomb and boom he can’t do anything as long as you keep it up
This video is top notch
I do hate the fact that so many boss fights in this game have trash mobs that you need to get through first and if you die to the boss you have to go through the same thing over again. Which sucks, because I enjoy experimenting on bosses and learning their moves, but if I have to fight their minions first then I'm just gonna play it safe in order to win
I really hated the Wood Knight. Every time you die in that fight, you have to slide down to the area again and defeat those things in the tree again. I died so often that I ran out of patience and had to take a break. That was so long ago that I wonder if there was an update that made it so to don't have to fight them again or slide down again. That said, I did beat this game months ago.
For Toshi. Toshi can definitely be beaten without parrying. My go to strategy for toshi is throwing bombs on the ground near him and shooting them. I use Rot infused bombs when I have the chance. This allows plenty of opportunities to destroy him. Toshi can't parry bomb aoe.
Mostly agree with this list, except I`ve spent about an hour on Warrior bcause i was trying to master parrying all his attacks and in the other hand I`ve spent like 1 minute on sprout captain bcause his attacks so easy to parry. Also mask maker the easiest of three pre Toshi bosses. Btw Mage`s healing could be interrupted by rot bomb which is available at the time of first encounter.
the toddler joke made me lol
Our liege has returned 🙌
Do a boss ranking of the hardest bosses u ever fought
Sheeeeesh new video
Just a tip… to dodge Taros bullshit grab you just have to jump… it took me way too long to figure that out.
lol im playing on Master difficulty and the Stone guardian is a hell of a fight, took me like an hour to beat it.
Dont know why but for me, wood knight it's my nemesis (i'm dead so many time 😭)
But not so much with many boss like 2 last boss
Haven’t finished the game
Still watching this though.
Would love for you to rank the nier series bosses
Still waiting on the kh2 keyblade ranking
Rot eater is at the bottom for me. I have done 3 playthroughs. 2 on normal and 1 on Master. Never died once to that boss. That said. I find this boss much harder in the trials because of the assortment of enemies that spawn with it. Rot God I actually find rather easy compared to the other bosses because it doesn't require as careful timing with attacks done to it and a lot of its attacks are easy to avoid and/or very predictable. The guardians are higher for me. With the highest being the stone guardian.
morning wood knight xD
I was able to stun lock Toshi by spamming running R2
Did somebody say Genshin subreddit?
“I’ve been on genshin subreddits all day” 😂
I seriously think you should do a boss ranking on master difficulty, the enemies and bosses all have way more health and some of their attacks have changes to them. I had way more trouble with the shrine guardians on my second playthrough
It felt so weird watching this after beating the game on NG+ Master. haha. I was like.. what is this ranking and combat tips?! xD
Thymesia boss ranking when??
I honestly thought Shrine Guardian was the hardest boss in the entire game. You had very limited abilities and those unlimited trash mobs spawning were truly annoying to deal with.
This ranking changes with difficulty… At Master the mask maker, the Hunter and the Stone Guardian took me the most attempts! The gankers had a f*ckton of life and are so agressive you cannot concentrate to the main boss.
Stone Guardian was worse for me than Rot God. The worst experience of my life.
Is it harder than KH2??
I went to the Xbox store to find this game to try it out. It is not on Xbox, but the guide is XD wtf
Rot Eater is the easiest. Just create slime monster from flower and spam right button. He is literally easier than regular mobs, it is a 15 seconds boss fight.
i'm a parryer
Lol... "Shake his baby"... like... pre-birth or post-birth? Didn't make that one clear.
Sprout captain harder than corrupt taro, what a f'ed up list.
Toshi was not the hardest boss it doesn’t deserve to be at the 2nd rank as I defeated him in one day
😁
Rest of the bosses: "Alright, seems reasonable. This game is giving me HELLA Remnant: From the Ashes vibes, but like, a way worse game."
Last boss: "Wooow. That single-handedly makes me never want to play this game."
I wonder if this game has woke trash in it... looks really fun.
oh yeah it's fun as hell but the game has pretty short progression systems so after completing most of them you might feel like the game takes an hour or two longer than it should
All games do, if you know what to look for. Even my beloved Ratchet & Clank has what you fucks would call “woke trash” (even if it is just satire).
Finally, the king of boss ranking is back with an actual boss ranking
I thought they were all actual boss rankings
@@ziragatooepic what I ment was he hadn't done a new boss ranking in a long time since that resident evil village one
ah I see
