Mad respect for the translator. He captured Renard's emotions and showed them in Arabic like Renard was speaking Arabic.
i though he was acutally speaking in english
@Reesko افصح وأفضل اللغات هي اللغه العربيه
Arabic IS English on steroids.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😁😁😁👌
@@user-vp5je9xs6e Nah, Arabic comes from the simple desert people.
Imagine being yelled at twice in two different languages 😂
Underrated comment 😅
😂😂😂 bro
I feel like I have split personality 😂😂😂 because I know Arabic and French but my mind is lagging when the translator is trying to sound the same as the coach mad and angry but it’s looks funny as fck 😂
😂😂
I can't imagine 😮😮
LOL, the Arabic translator is just as passionate as the coach himself!
Full motivation is important
Lmao
He is a former player for saudi arabia Mohammed Ameen
He understand the importance of matching the tune of the coach
Haha I loved how he copied the tone in speaking as well.
@@adi1tya2 yeah noticed that too, it's very impressive because every language has different speaking tones and rhythm but what he did was perfect
Now this is a Coach I will die on a pitch for as a player. Not because of money or fame but because we both love football
You can speak more when you are a player with Million Dollar salary each week
Umm, you sure not because of money or fame?
What if someone gives you a Rolls Royce Phantom?
What if on top of that, they also will give you $1 Billion USD if you win that one game?
Also the bragging rights and fame that you beat a team with Messi in it?
But jokes aside Saudi Arabia definitely poured their hearts on the field that day and they played brilliantly.
@M.D. F can only do so much though without skills and many many hours of practice days. determination and confidence comes from consistency.
A player almost did. It was Saudi Arabia's #13 Defender, Al Shahrani who collided with the goalkeeper and had to be substituted around the end of the game. That moment really gave me a scare.
Chill out mate, no one needs to die
This is why we love football every coach should be like him.
Never give up is his message to his players.
The translator also😂
He used to me the moroccan coach for my country, he was always passionate and is so underrated.

Brought tears to my eyes. You could tell how much this victory meant to the Saudis. They celebrated like they've won the world cup. Love it!
They will do it again v poland
but let me tell you one thing. many of the soudia supporters are reacting in a toxic way. the way they troll messi after the match it was disgusting , your supporters should behave . Lost my respect and many of the people!!

Amazing, just amazing. Got goosebumps.
Morocco were probably the best in their group in 2018. They played attacking and should have at least gotten a win. I'm Iranian and enjoyed that own goal though 😝
As an Albanian, the fact that he has a french accent, it looks like a scene from a movie, combined with those wondergoals, I have to say, I am jealous, really it fills my heart with warmth, if there is passion and love, people can achieve everything. I am a Saudi fan for the rest of my life and the Coach is sitting in a corner of my heart cause at the end, we love the game! Forca Juve, fino alla fine!
I think alot of countries will come poaching for him after the world cup or next afcon

I honestly agree ❤️❤️🇦🇪🇦🇱🇸🇦 love Albania
As an Italian football fan, i agree with everything, but please don't support Juve 😂😂
Every team wants a coach like him! Congratulations Hervè, Saudi Arabia football team and all those involved.
As a Zambian I will always Love Renard, he led us to our first African Cup Triumph .. the passion he shows for winning is just mad. Love the guy and hope Saudi progress to the next stage
greetings from South America, I also hope to be like this coach the one to motivate people even if I dedicate myself to another area
Man is a heroic leader of the underdogs
he coached my country Zambia and we won the Africa cup. he is a genius, wish him the best.
He did well with Morocco too. Played great football but didn't get a win
That's impressive!!!
At 0:21 he said to their number 11 Saleh "You want Ali ( their number 5 ) to go mark him (Messi) in the middle" Succeeding where many failed before him, he knows that if he plays man to man defense against Messi it'll eventually lead to confusion in the high defensive line that managed to lessen Argentina's scoring threats. He's true to his name, a sly fox indeed, great coach.
Top notch observation. 🔥💯
He actually was talking to al “malki” number 8
Check 0:11
He is the defensive midfielder and hence he should press him instead of Ali the central defender as the coach was saying
I didn't understand. Do he means to Ali to stop marking Messi?

Wow.. Renard said to Malki: "Take your phone and make a picture with him (Messi) "
Amazingly, in the second minute of the second half, Malki took the ball from Messi and made a long pass that led to the equalizer goal! This is when the leader motivation speech makes a big difference!
He is a brilliant coach, about 10 years ago he helped my country-- Zambia--win our first ever African Cup championship with a an average team. In the final we played against the likes of Drogba and Yaya Tourè but we were still able to be them, and the boys brought the trophy home. We are still greatful to him, and happy to see him at the his acme in regards to managment.
You won Ivory Coast because of penalties. It’s not like you beat them on the pitch. Please clarify.

Unlike some other coaches, no bad words, no swearing. Pure respect to Maestro! I need this sort of coach in my life as well 💚
Insults are usually not tolerated in the workplace in Saudi Arabia. If Renard Hervey insults the players, he will not be tolerated by the players, the Saudi national team management and the public.
Reynard clearly understands the culture of the country and that's great.
yeah its just a game. you need to extract the mistakes instead of yelling at players
I love that the translator has to 'translate' not just the coach's words but his tone and intensity as well..😆😅😂 Which ensures they're getting a double dose. Small wonder they got fired up.
🤣
lol double dose
That translators passion needs to be applauded as well, he could’ve just translated but he put that same passion into it like the coach. 👏👏👏
Herve is a commander, and Ameen its the General. Sounds like they’re goin for a war. Salute 👏
When you are losing a battle, this is the comander you'd need. Passionate. More than a motivational speaker.
There is no doubt that Translator guy did a great job he also put the same emotion and aggression in the translation.
this translator is the hero of the entire tournament being able to translate the legend Herve emotions
His speech moved the hearts and minds of the players A powerful teacher who could change the results of the game... Admiration and appreciation for the French coach... A new Napoleon on the football field...
One of the reason for their win
THIS is how I always thought I would manage an underdog. Legend!

What a passionate Manager he is 🔥🔥 GOOSEBUMPS
It gave me chills watching this , like watching a movie 🎥 just in real life. This man is a general period. Congrats Saudi
That was incredible coaching pitch! ✊
Let me explain the coaching steps and principles he used here:
💥 First, he broke the emotional pattern of the room: Saudi Arabia players came from the first half looking down, beaten and with their spirit broken. They sat down with heads down, slumped shoulders, looking defeated. Any good coach will know that this mental state and weak physiology is a totally loosing attitude! So.. he started by breaking the pattern, standing up vigorously in power position, and asking with authority his players: ‘What are we doing here?’ Hey! Is this our pressing?’ breaking the atmosphere in the room and shifting the energy.
💥 He then calls them out directly: the Saudi Arabia players were intimidated by Argentina and the star power of Messi. Here Renard would brutally call them out for lacking focus and for acting like Messi’s fans rather than Messi’s adversaries! With vivid imagery, he’d ridicule this attitude telling them: ‘Take your phone and take a picture with Messi if you want!’. Rather than explaining to them rationally that they shouldn’t be intimidated by their opponent, he paints to them emotionally and through a metaphor how belittling their attitude was, awakening their pride and warrior side.
💥 He then encouraged them: after calling them out, he encouraged them by pointing out their strengths. He said: ‘With the ball you were good, did you see what you did?’. Here he made them realize that they were not that bad, that they have strength and potential.
💥 He then awakened their faith, hope and belief in themselves, as he emotionally asked them: ‘Don’t you feel something? Don’t you feel we are able to comeback? Don’t you feel it?’ Here he plants the idea of being able to comeback in their minds and hearts, not just as a mental concept, but as a visceral emotion ‘Don’t you feel it!?‘ . This moment was a turning point, cause after scolding them for falling short and breaking their intimidated defeated pattern, he now speaks to their higher selves, their highest potential, the part of them that believes they can do it! He’s now effectively wiring in the empowering pattern they need.
💥 He then reminded them of what is at stake. With few passionate words, Renard brings back his players to reality, to the present moment, ‘Come on, this is the WORLD CUP!’, connecting them back to the significance of the moment.
💥Finally, he made his call to action: ‘ GIVE EVERYTHING’, he would plead to them. ‘Be FOCUSED’. And here he sends them back to the arena with HIGH SPIRIT. ‘Allez, come on, move yourself!’, while everyone applauding and everyone’s energy, emotions and mindset shifted!
And it worked!
Saudi Arabia’s players went on to create the incredible COMEBACK that he planted in their minds!
Could they have done it without Renard’s coaching pitch? NO WAY! They were broke, beaten, intimidated, lacking faith. There was no way they could have ever won with the attitude they had!
It’s all in the MIND!
And in the STATE!
The beginning of any material victory is self-belief, combative spirit, and giving your all!
And that’s what a great coach does!
Imagine you have someone in your life like Renard that can break your limiting patterns when you’re facing a challenge, call you out when needed, encourage you and remind you of your potential, awaken your faith and self-belief, keep you aligned with your highest self, and keep you accountable for taking the right action..
It’s literally.. GAME CHANGER!
Well done Herve Renard, and Mabrouk Saudi Arabia!

I love the way he started with the question:"what are we doing here"? That is the perfect way to make someone have personal reevaluation. Questions, the right one are very powerful especially the ones that speaks so much to the mind. Most of the questions he asked were pointed and straight. Notice how when he asks questions, he follows it up with bold statement. It's not only psychological but mental. Even a rat if psyched up can think he's a lion. Here is a good coach.

Coaches who aren't this passionate shouldn’t be allowed a license 😂
How good is Hervé Renard? He made Morocco qualify to WC 2018 for the first time since 1998. He is still popular here. He made our national team play real football, pragmatic, beautiful, intense... It's unfortunate that we have a lot of cry babies and corrupt officials in the National Federation who couldn't handle how real this guy was. He is a no bullshit guy. Really happy for the Saudis!
I love how the coach and translator gave instruction, spirits, and motivation that adjusts arabs (afaik arabs are bold-spirited, dont go mellow on them, but be brave, agressive, and full convicted to convey your message).
Even after the defeat against Poland, I could feel the spirit of Saudi players far exceeds the average "small team". Their determination is carved in their passing, pressing, and bravery to dribble pass through Poland defences.
Next match against Mexico, they should improve their efficiency in front of the box!
تحية لك ♥️
Now put this speech for Mexico’s team tomorrow, because Argentina will be fierce.
