Glen, got my two Tron joysticks, super impressed with the quality. Building my Tron arcade cab now and thinking about a Gorf cab for the second stick. Thanx so much!
How did you connect the GRS joystick to the existing wiring? You said soldering was necessary but did you somehow expose the micro switches on the joystick? If so how? This would be helpful to anyone with a Jana cabinet.
Glen, I have your spinner and love it. I’m looking to purchase the trackball you developed that goes into the spinner board. Do you still sell them? Thanks.
@@GlensRetroShow was hoping it would work like this. As the manual with the Tron stick states there are led modes. One being all leds on and the corrisponding led turns off when the button is pressed. Guess that's only the other button on the encoder. Wonder if I switch the power lead from the vcc pin to led stick pin if that would enable that function.

Really digging this use for the tron joystick. Gotta order one. Good video!
Thank you and thank you for the watch
Hi glen i would to know how you connect the tron joystick to a generic usb encoder
You play a good Zaxxon. Once you get that capacitor fixed PLEASE make an update video. The sound on this game is some of the best
hey where did u get micro swicth for button ?i found it in microcenter but no button included . .
How did you get the Tron stick to blink when the trigger is pulled? Just got one and can seem to figure it out.
It's the zaxxon unit making it blink. When the button is pressed, it cuts the power.
@@GlensRetroShow ok thanks. Was hoping it could make this work on my build.

You skipped the actual interesting part, which was the installation and wiring. Boooooooo. :)
Hi. Does this work for Star Wars trilogy mame?
Would it be possible to use just the shaft of the new Tron joystick with the old leaf spring base?
Glen, I know its a little early to ask this but, do you think you would make a 2 button version of your stick?
Would your Tron stick play nice with a Star Wars Trilogy emulation?
Don't you have a socket set then lol...
Did you buy a new camera?
No same camera..for now
