This eyeliner will not dry after you apply it as it has oil in it. It is waterproof but it's gonna smudge.

Show us that it's water proof. You didn't put your arm under the water to show us the last and final proof. I'm looking to create my own eye liner just that I want to be for sure that I really have something to be confident about and not waste my time and change. Thank you, that's nice job.
