450g/1 pound lean ground beef
1 Onion
2 garlic cloves
1 cup / 240 ml milk or heavy cream
1 tsp thyme
Salt, Black pepper
2 Handfuls Spinach (optional)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
8-9 Mushrooms
4 Potatoes
