we also need an elastic band ans maybe some tape, so raid the stationary cupboard and see what you can make! Watch as it shoots straight through a coke can. Great fun for target practice.

But if you wear TWO coke cans, you're probably toy gun proof, at least against handguns. Full size rubber band powered assault rifles need something better, such as having a plate carrier full of ballistic resistant toast.

Ive made this weapon in a different way, all i used was ONLY the parts from a pen. Like the blue/res ones with the tiny hearts on em
Simpler, easier, but not as cool as this legendary thing. Cheers mate!
i did it different back in the day with the clicking pens. The mechanisms allow you to put the spring inside the shell and theres a dent (which is supposed to keep the pen out when clicked), acts as a loading mechanism so you can push the ink part down the tube and build up tension in the spring. then use the clicking cap to press down on the string. when it reaches high enough pressure, it launches the pen out of the dent (loading port). Very lethal and powerful. Stack springs on top of each other increase lethality.

The way I make them is I use a ink tube from another pen put the springs on and load it into another pen with the bottom sticking out to make a sort of puppy system the ink tube comes out the bottom but the springs don’t so when you pull on the ink tube the springs contract and when you let go it fires

I made one without using rubber bands just the pen itself but it only works with the with jell ink pens
*First* you take the pen apart and take everything out but don't take the part that holds the clicker off
*Next* take the parts from the top of the pen and the spring and put them in normaly but put the spring in between them
*Then* take the ink cartridge and push it down untill it clicks in place
*Remember*
You can use anything from the pen cartridge or anything that fits in the tube
But make sure you hold it with your finger covering a small corner so the parts don't shoot out with the cartridge
I did this in school. Got problems with the vice-principal for shooting toothpicks in the ceiling...
believe me, toothpicks work way better at shooting in stuff. Ink cardridges are better for shooting far.

The video says to unscrew the front of the pen, remove the spring & ink tube, remove the back, you should be left with a empty tube. Tie a rubber band to the pen and stretch it over the back hole, put the ink tube back in, stretch back, fire. It can shoot through metal cans, so be careful.
Cause kids can harm themahevles and unlike me, teens do challegines that can harm themshevles, well, some.

I did something like this WARE I use throughs wooden clamps metal part and I used the wood as a trigger and I made a paper tube and I used plastic tumb tacks and broke them and the metal goes flying find it and put it on the back of the tube and fire it
