Sir , thank you so much for the help . I think there is a mistake at 12:20 , in the values of theta 1 and theta 2 . The angle tan(theta) formula is perp/base.
Hi. Your videos are very helpful and you deserve more views. I think there's a mistake while computing the global stiffness matrix. For element 2, EA/L=0.5*10^5 , however while computing the global matrix you used 0.5*10^3. Please can you check. Thank you
Analyze the plane truss shown in Fig using finite element method. GivenE = 210GPa andArea of all members (A) =1×10-4 m², determine The horizontal and vertical displacements at node 3 The reactions at nodes 1 and 2.Where E= Young's modulus of elasticity The global stiffness matrix for the structure The horizontal displacement at node
thank you sir , i am new to start learning , sir please mention the lecture number on each lecture for example for truss problem I confused from where to start .
Could you use a beam element for this problem? With 2 displacements 'vertically' and 2 angle displacements. I do not think such a element would be useful for this type of problem and I have just come across it in a book I am reading. Thanks for any replies.
Hello Saurabh , Sorry for the late response,. All the angle are taken along with x axis only, In case of Element 1, Z formation is made, So Outside angle is equal to inside angle. Hope it will be help you
Beautiful sir......very clearly explained, thanks a ton👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you 🥰

OK. May be by mistake.. Thanks for your kind words
@@MaheshGadwantikar Thanks for the help i am new to mechanical engineering and if your videos where not here i donot know what could i do :)
OK. Thank you..
Thanx I was stuck their 😅 that how it could be possible
Yes observed this but iam thinking iam wrong😢
Thank you so much Mahesh sir
So clearly explained
It's my pleasure, Thank You
Tq so much sir for your good explanation
Thank you so much for your kind words
Nice explanation sir thank you so much 🙏
Thank you
it's very nice explanation! thank you so much
Thank you ❣️
thank you, very helpful
Hello dear teacher, about at 18:34 global stifness matrices how k= 10 (0.8 0.24 -0.24 ......) 0.8 ,0.24 which number multiply
thanks for the information you provided.
Thank You

Thank You clean observation.. might be there.
Why the 1st theta calculated from x_axis and other theta will calculated from Y_axis
guys the whole sum is wrong , this guy has messed up global matrix

I think theta 2 and 3 values are wrong i am not sure. For theta 2 when taking opp and adjacent, it should be 800/600 right??
Analyze Once
Ya it's wrong
u teach great , come up with more subjects nd university engg quetions
Thank you so Much dear Singh.. Sure I will be available in different subjects
thanks for your blessing
Theta is measured between local node 1 and x axis right??
Yes
thank you sir , i am new to start learning , sir please mention the lecture number on each lecture for example for truss problem I confused from where to start .
Thank You for the suggestions..I will sure make it.
@@MaheshGadwantikar sir for learn how to write the stiffness matrix for truss system which video I see?
Please Contact me
Very clear !

It's an truss Elements not beam
Super sir
Thanks. It's my pleasure
Sir is these is a direct stiffness method ..?
Yes.
Sir apke basis clear karo please
Your writing values wrong and assuming correct
Nice bro
thankss
Thank You So Much
Sir why taking angle θ2 with respect to Y-axis?
Because θ1 you take with respect to X-axis.
Please explain.

Understood.

@@MaheshGadwantikar i didn't get it . Can You explain it in easy terms
Hello Venkatesh, Could you please what exactly you not understand
Sir theta 2 =36.9 and theta 3=53.1
How it's possible because theta 3 near as compare to theta 2 with respect y-axis
Hi. I think if you use SOHCAHTOA it will help. For theta 2, adjacent is 800. For theta 3, adjacent is 450. I hope this helps
Sir akkada... K1 ... And k2 and k3 values .... 10 power 5 kada vachindhi...
Miru deniki 10 power 3 thisukonnaru
May be converted later
stress in element 1 = stress in element 2 because E, L , C and S are the same
No it may be different because of displacements a
Is this 2d or 3d
Sir solve the unit calculation i don't know to calculate
AE/L values u got *10⁵
But u wrote *10³
How is it
May be by mistake
Sir how to find REACTIONS please ...Sir ASAP i have paper very soon
I will explain in today class ok
I want detailed calculations
Can't cover entire, It takes more time..
the first stress is not correct -cos is positive at 26:38
i think the global matrices is incorrect
More problems
Sure..
Sum mai gotala kar diya hai enhonay
