You should have some vague sense of caring what other people think of you on a broader level otherwise you’ll get sloppy

articulate your speech better, takes multiple shots, write a script with notes on what to emphisize, it takes 15 min but increases the quality by 10x. also buy teeth whitening strips, no offence just advice.
