People think we waste our time online but after a while it feels like you have a connection with people through social media, even though they don't know you specifically , they appreciate you and that kind of makes me feel special, is that weird or do u get what I mean?
Maybe a little bit deep, but: You said you felt like you looked really bad (which you didn't, you looked beautiful), but how do you push yourself to sit down in front of the camera anyways for millions to see? I feel like you shouldn't feel like you have to, I know you love us and want to upload a video. But Zoe, really. If one day you feel shitty, you should just cuddle up in a hoodie and blanket and drink tea or something. We would understand, honey. I want to know how you do it, and what you think. When I feel like I look bad, I really hide myself. At some points I don't even leave the house, just stay home crying. I have really bad anxiety, and want to feel good enough. I give people tips, but never manage to follow them myself..

People come up to me all the time saying how skinny I am and I probably never eat and I look disgusting but then at the same time say I shouldn't complain about my body because I'm not overweight. I always liked my body until other people started making comments about it or purposely embarrassing me or making me feel bad/guilty about it. I have even had people online tell me I'm promoting eating disorders simply for being how I am. Thank you for putting into words how it feels, no one should feel bad about their body no matter what the size.
I loved this. The end bit when people said "why are you so skinny" I can relate to. I hate it. I don't understand why people feel the need to point out things on your body. It's not affecting them so why should they care?

Every teenager has flying or falling dreams. Not sure why but I've heard so many people say they've had dreams of flying or falling. For me I've had a lot of falling dreams. And I would wake up with a jolt and a little scared. Then I would realize I was safe in bed and fall back to sleep.

That's exactly like me, I'm a home comforts girl. I would rather stay around my little area with my family and dogs. When I'm older I don't want to travel the world, I would rather just go on a holiday maybe once or twice a year and that's it. Glad I'm not the only one xx

My sisters & I have all struggled with a few nasty comments about the fact that we're "too skinny" - mostly from friends, and maybe a couple of girls who might be jealous... I completely understand how Zoe must have felt in those situations when you're being asked "why are you so skinny?". It really does make you feel a bit awkward and almost embarrassed about your body, which is not a nice way to make someone feel. I agree completely that it doesn't matter if your "over weight" or "under wight" in anyone else's opinion. All that matters is that you love your body enough to keep it healthy, and enough to not care what anyone else thinks. xx

I had the same! I was always being called skinny and "omg you're so light!" And friends would pick me up. This didn't stop. Still happens but now my friends at least know i don't like it. Also felt like i couldnt say i wanted to gaib weight because someone would say "no you're lucky! I wish i was skinny!" And so i wasnt allowed to be uncomfertable with my body. And then the whole shaming on skinny people happened online. But i've overcome it now and i keep working on myself while not caring what other people think of it.
I loved this video so much! especially the last part about being skinny. I always feel like I can't say that I don't like being skinny cause it sounds like I'm being selfish in a sense towards my friends trying to lose weight. but what you said really helped me so thank you Zoe 😊

I will throw my voice in the bring so to speak and just reassure everyone that bodies come in different sizes and shapes. don't get hung up on wishing that certain body parts were bigger or others smaller. if you're healthy and take care of yourself then just realize part of growing older is learning to be comfortable in your own skin. only thing beyond nutrition and fitness you should worry about yourself is being the best you that you can be. that's the one thing in life you will be able to control. oh & PS: Zoe you are a lovely woman inside and out and your figure's just as lovely too.☺❤❤❤👋

Zoella's childhood is so much like mine but the other way round, meaning I was big, not skinny, I was bullied and let it get to me not laugh it off.
